I enjoyed staying in this hotel. The only issue I had was the day I checked out. I did not see anyone in the front desk so I saw housekeeping staff and asked where was the front desk staff. She told me the person sitting on the table in the front area was the person. I waited for few minutes to see whether she could check me out but she was continuing doing whatever she was doing. So I asked her to check me out she told me I had to wait. Since I was in a hurry to get out so I took my stuffs went to car got my stuffs in the trunk and came back to front desk. She told me she was able to check out but I left . I told her I was in a hurry to check out but she was taking her time so I decided to get my luggage in the trunk first then finish checkout . I did not know customer needs to wait till your staff finished doing whatever then checked customer out. Is not it usually the other around ?
