I am an Ambassador Spire Elite member. Your property is perfectly located and offers a lot. You made our Father's Day Weekend special and we thank you! Special recognition goes out to Martin at the front desk who is arguably the best IHG representative we have ever encountered over many years and many stays. He is truly superb and deserves to be rewarded for his efforts. Other great staff members we encountered were: Daniella at the front desk who made great effort late at night to try to track down a crib for our infant son; Louie (Luis?) the Nightman who brought us the crib with an improvised mattress; the gentleman who delivered milk for our son in the middle of the night; and each and every Bellmen who were always extremely kind and helpful. Thank you for a great stay! Your property was very nice and convenient. Your staff was beyond superb and we cannot thank them enough! We left some precious photographs from the Arch in our room that were found by housekeeping. They alerted Mr. R at the front desk and he immediately called to assure us they were safe and they would be mailed to us. Despite a little delay, Ms. D was able to expedite their delivery to us via FedEx. These two individuals, as well as the other helpful lady at the front desk we spoke with on the phone and the housekeeper who found them, deserve extra special praise. Thank you again!
