Awesome Stay

We had a great stay. Loved the mini swimming pool and the breakfast. The wi-fi connection was poor and was the only disappointment during the stay. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

Close to many wonderful options for dining and shopping nearby, not to mention great attractions such as the Museum Of Science & Industry, The Yuengling Center, ZooTampa at Lowry Park, Florida State Fairgrounds, historic Ybor City, Tampa Cruise Terminal, Tampa River Walk, Hard Rock Casino, MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre, Raymond James Stadium, the Spring Training home of The New York Yankees: George M. Bad Neighborhood Poorly Cleaned

While the lobby was clean and the exterior was clean the neighborhood was sketchy. The room itself was clean upon arrival but while there the room was not cleaned. The bed was made and that was it. The towels were not replaced, the toilet paper and tissue was not replaced, the counters were not wiped down and the room was not vacuumed. The security guard was super nice and most of the staff was nice but some of them were just too much.

We love being IHG members and staying at the Holiday Inn. The gentleman who greeted us was so friendly and made sure we were taken care of from the beginning. He also offered to get me set up as an IHG rewards member because I had forgot to book with my member number. When I told him I already was a member he immediately thanked me and offered to get my points put on my account. He went above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was all very friendly. Lovely overall stay with my mom on a much needed girls getaway.
