The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenville is conveniently located on Highway 82 and the closest hotel near the Washington County Convention Center . Our Greenville, Mississippi, hotel is conveniently located near the area's many casinos and the Mid-Delta Regional Airport (GLH) . Guests staying at our hotel in Greenville will appreciate our location when traveling to Delta Regional Medical Center in Greenville as well as Delta State University in nearby Cleveland. When traveling to Greenville, be sure to take time to visit the Kermit the Frog Museum , enjoy an afternoon of boating on Lake Ferguson , or a tour of the Historic Winterville Indian Mounds . Start a lucky streak at the many casinos or enjoy a show during a break from the table games or slots. Our Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Greenville, MS, features include a free, full, hot breakfast, 24-hour fitness center and outdoor pool . We have a variety of room types and suites to meet any lodging need and all rooms include refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers and 32-in flat-panel HDTVs. Brown water…but they don’t care

The whole town has a brown water problem. But I feel that hotels should mention this ahead of time. Not hidden in an email after you booked. They will say “well it’s epa tested”…that doesn’t help when you are traveling with kiddos, one who has pretty severe anxiety! I would have re-routed and stayed in a different town had this been mentioned at all. And they don’t seem to stock breakfast, and there were at minimum 4 out of order signs in the hotel, including the lobby bathroom, the juice machine, and other “public” areas. Just overall bad experience, and that’s before even mentioning the paper thin walls and hearing everything the people next door had to say to each other. DONT SAMTAY HERE!

Worst holiday inn

I recently stayed at this location and had planned to stay for 11 nights. However, when we first arrived I noticed that the front lobby floor was dirty. It was later in the day so I didn't think much of it. On the way to my room I noticed a piece of candy on the hall floor. Once again it was late so I figured it must have happened after house keeping had left. Then I get to the room and the first thing I noticed was greasy hand prints near a light switch, an orange hand print on a chair cushion, and the room was hot. I was extremely tired by the time that I got to my room, so I got my cleaning supplies that I always travel with and I cleaned my room.
I always keep my room tidy so the next day when I came in, everything seemed to be good. The beds were made, and the bathroom linens were replaced.
However, when i dropped something near the carpet and went to pick it up, I noticed the floor had crumbs on it. The next morning I go to the front desk and ask nicely for house keeping you vacuum. I come in that evening and the floors are still dirty. Once again I'm exhausted from the day, so I decide to take care of said issue in the morning. The next day I call the front desk and talk with a manager about house keeping not cleaning the floors. The manager apologies and says that she will let house keeping know. I left, did what I needed to for the day. I come in late that evening and of course still the floor is dirty. I go to the front desk and tell them that I will be checking out in the morning and not completing my stay. Once I started packing up, I happened to look down in the closest and on the floor was an used bandaid... this holiday desperately needs someone new over house keeping.

bad management

I had a frustrating experience with Victoria during my recent stay. As an IHG member, I expected a smoother process, but she made every step more difficult. Despite being a member, she was unwilling to look up my member ID, which only added to the inconvenience. Disappointing service overall.

Welcome to the Holiday Inn of Rockford, IL conveniently located at exit 15 of I-39/90 for all your business and leisure needs while in the Rockford/Belvidere, IL region. We are located near many businesses like General Mills, Collins Aerospace, Ingersoll Cutting Tools, Exelon Byron Nuclear Generating Station and all regional medical facilities/hospitals of MercyHealth, OSF Healthcare/St. Anthony Hospital, UW Health (formerly SwedishAmerican). We are also near many regional sports facilities like the MercyHealth Sportscore Two and One, UW Health Sports Factory, BMO Center, Carlson or Riverview Ice Arenas. Other nearby attractions include Rockford Casino (A Hard Rock Casino Opening Act), Midway Village Museum Center, Anderson Japanese Gardens, Discovery Center/Burpee Museum campus, Coronado Performing Arts Center, Klehm Arboretum. Our complimentary shuttle operates daily to the Rockford International Airport (RFD) 7:30am–10pm based on availability.

Greatest stay in Rockford !

We came from MN for a concert ,and from the moment we pulled up to the hotel it was a great experience. Someone was prompt to assist with bags etc and front desk wait was not long at all. Everyone was so pleasant ,helpful and kind we felt very welcomed !! We have decided as a family that,whenever we visit Rocford/family it's a must we stay at the Holiday hardrock. The rooms are so spaciuos,clean and everything was exceptionally clean! Not a issue the entire stay ! Thanks u guys ,see ya soon

Great service by the staff

I really like the location, the check in was great but we need to wait 10 minutes before they can fix the elevator. The room was clean and everything was great until I saw an insect in the night stand.

I was in Indy on business and staying at the Intercontinental made the trip. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, but it was the exceptional service from the staff that really stood out - always smiling, kind, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. The check-in process was seamless and efficient and set the tone.
The hotel itself is amazing - modern luxury with a cozy, inviting atmosphere that makes you want to hang out. The open-air rooftop bar was a definite highlight overlooking Monument Circle, and the food at Serliana was exceptional. I also unexpectedly enjoyed the Indy themed artwork throughout the hotel which added a unique touch.
It’s the kind of place my wife would absolutely love, making it perfect for her to tag along on my next business trip or a weekend escape or staycation.

No tub or shower water!

We booked a room with a combination jacuzzi tub and shower. Unfortunately, neither of them provided any water, due to an inoperable lever. When I called to the front desk to report the problem, the clerk told me she was the only one there, so she couldn't help us.
We reported the problem when checking out and the staff person provided a partial refund (in points).
Also, they did not provide us with any plastic drinking cups (only paper coffee cups).
Finally, when we arrived, the lobby doorway has many leaves in it and when we left the next day, the leaves had not been swept up.
Collectively, these problems reflect poorly on the management and upkeep of the hotel.

I've never been more disappointed with any hotel I've stayed at! The staff at the front desk were extremely rude and not helpful at all. I will never stay here again! I am traumatized by the way things were handled at this hotel.

Pésima experiencia

Lo único ideal fue la localización del hotel. La habitación tenía muchas fallas en limpieza , mesas con polvo, baño sucio, sábanas manchadas. Nos tuvieron que cambiar la nevera porque no enfriaba y la estufa no prendía. Estuvimos 2 semanas en el hotel y solo vino housekeeping en 3 ocasiones y porque tuvimos que ir al front desk en múltiples ocasiones a solicitarlo. Hasta toallas tuvimos que ir a buscar porque ni eso teníamos. Al parecer es uso y costumbre que el servicio sea tan deficiente pues los empleados solo decían, pues hay que esperar que los de housekeeping puedan ir porque ya nosotros le dijimos y no podemos hacer nada mas porque ni siquiera habían sábanas limpias para nuestra cama. Honestamente la peor experiencia en un hotel que hemos tenido.
