I stayed here they told me they were checking my room because pest control had been there. I thought it was just some ants but it was really bites bug bites and I have pictures of it and they didn’t want to refund me my money. The general manager here sucks Because there’s no way possibility you don’t refund somebody has bite all over them if you experience at this hotel, let me know so we can sell them together because there’s no way that they know that they have pest control problems and they don’t tell you and let you

I love this hotel. Really bad experience this time. Bad checkin at front desk. Room electric system was not working properly and no laundry bag (room ready for next guest?). Good follow up to address my frustration.

As I explained in the beginning of this survey, this room was sub-standard and poorly maintained. Management should never have made this room available for any guests. The staff appeared to be poorly trained and were not responsive to any of my concerns.

Almost every TV had something wrong with it.
The gymnasium was in rough shape.
The only Microwave smelled like burnt food.
Very dungy!
The staff was excellent!

We found our room had one quarter of a roll of toilet paper for four of us and the employee at the desk told me she could not unlock the upstairs maids' room where more was stored. Can you imagine! a six-story motel with no extra roll of toilet paper. She did not offer to get some from an empty room. We stay here because of the separate bedroom/ TV room. May have to look harder for a similar setup somewhere else. Sam

Charged for honesty

Very unhappy with the handling of the situation with needing to change sheets. My son soiled his pajamas and it leaked through slightly. When requesting new sheets to change them out, the staff said that it was bodily fluids and proceeded to charge me $250 for "damages."
No inspection was done of the sheets or mattress cover. Very unfortunate time to be honest.

Poor Staffing Situation

Arrived for our stay at 4:30pm. Check in time is 3:00pm. All of my rooms were not ready until 5pm. We made it work. Went to use their small meeting room which was not being used at 9pm and the AGM was rude about it and told us the GM would fire him if we used it and didn’t pay the $250 charge. We only needed it for 20 minutes, no trash or set up was needed. Rather we just used the hotel lobby space and it worked fine but the hotel had every excuse in the book when they didn’t meet their own standards but wouldn’t bend an inch when you needed some grace/help. Probably won’t go back to this hotel on future trips to Lake Charles.

BEST AMONG VICKSBURG, MS HOTELS ON THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER The Vicksburg National Military park is only a few blocks away. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Vicksburg District is across the street. Located just off I-20, the Holiday Inn Express Vicksburg hotel welcomes guests with a cozy fireplace, friendly service, and modern guest rooms and suites. We're close to locally owned and operated eateries allowing guests to easily make dinner plans. Corporate travelers appreciate easy access to a business center with copy, fax, print service and a computer, along with free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel.
