The wifi was terrible, not working at all i ate two apples in two different days both are already gone bad.

I request some sort of refund 4 nights at $729. Could of stayed at a lot cheaper of a hotel , and gotten the same of not better service,

What was advertised was not in any way what
we experienced so disappointed , they gave it ratings of 8:6 not at all. The shower if the bench was down it spilled all over the floor even out to the front door, this checking in , we tried to get in a little bit early,no way . If you took a bath you couldn’t reach the soap bottles and such , the sink wouldn’t seal so my husband could shave. I think I cleaned the room more than housekeeping did.extremely disappointed , why the rating were so high ?
Breakfast was horrible ,

Poor communication

We had just returned from a cruise in the am and attempted to check in early. The staff said unfortunately nothing was available. However we could check our bags and they would get us in before 4 o’clock. We checked our bags and waited all day for a phone call that never came. Returned to the hotel at 4 PM and the new staff were unaware of the arrangements that were made.

Worst Breakfast

Eggs were cold, bacon was burned to a crisp, cereal was stale. I heard another customer complain also and food service lady just ignored her. Pancakes were lousy. I am Silver Elite member and have stayed at many HIE hotels and this hotel had WORST breakfast items and service.

Great location but mediocre experience and hitel management

The location is superb.
The lobby looks outdated, kind of dirty and disorganized. Room was small even for New York standards.
Very annoying was that when I wanted to change my payment method they promised to refund funds to the Credit Card initially charged. More than three weeks later I am still waiting for my money.

Light, cleanness, and noise issue

Think twice before staying here

The shower was stained and discolored, I didn’t even want to use it. They put dogs next to me that were barking at crazy hours of the night. I wouldn’t choose to stay here, my company put me into a different hotel but because they over sold it, I ended up here.

Candlewood Suites hotels are extended-stay properties. Housekeeping service is provided every seven days. If you need fresh towels or additional supplies please stop by the front desk. Candlewood Suites hotels do not serve breakfast every morning due to the fact every room has a full kitchen in the room. However, we have several options in our Candlewood Cupboard for purchase. There are also several restaurant options in the vicinity and within walking distance.

Holiday Inn London Bloomsbury offers a prime central London location with dining, excellent meeting facilities, and complimentary Wi Fi.
Located just steps from Russell Square Tube station on the Piccadilly Line, the hotel provides quick access to major transport hubs King's Cross St. Pancras and Euston stations are both under a mile away and accessible within five minutes by bus or taxi. Heathrow Airport 'LHR' is a convenient 40 minute drive.
Guests are close to popular attractions, with Oxford Street's bustling shops just a 10 minute taxi ride away, and the British Museum's world class collections only half a mile from the hotel. Leicester Square and the West End's nightlife are just an 11 minute tube ride, while family fun at London Zoo is a quick 10 minute cab ride.
The hotel's Academy Conference and Training Suites are ideal for conferences, weddings, or celebrations, accommodating up to 300 guests. A dedicated host, video conferencing capabilities, and included refreshments make planning smooth and stress free.

Having stayed at this hotel previously booked again to enjoy similar high standards of service food and staff attentiveness.
Room service breakfast was cold, food and drink AND despite ordering vegetarian delivered bacon and meat. This is reprehensible across religious, allergy and preferential requirements.. And it was delivered late.
The front of house staff just deducted the service charge said they’d advise the kitchen and that was it.
Won’t be staying here again.
