Yes, I recommend this property.
Many stays here, never an issue, always treated like family. Park free, save the cash from a few blocks east where it will cost you plenty. Get in some steps with a short walk to everything. Staff goes out of their way to make you feel right at home. Television selections are incredible, sports fans will be thrilled with all of the choices in programming. Concert fans will love being in the center of all of the venues, just a few steps to all.

Stay close, park free, get fed in the morning. Why pay more a few blocks away when the savings and quality are available. Great TV, clean rooms, good beds, lots of choices at breakfast. Clean hotel, friendly staff that do their best to make your stay perfect.

Take advantage of the close walk and save on high parking costs in downtown. The location is good for your events and needs in downtown Phoenix. Friendly staff, good amenities. You will save money, get in a good walk, and enjoy the savings and health benefits of staying here.

This IHG property goes to a higher level
Yes, I recommend this property.
I have stayed at a lot of IHG member hotels over the last year, this one stands out just a bit more. Three stays over the last year, two recent, it's the perfect place for me on my travel route to the PNW from my home in Arizona. There were a couple of things that just stood out for me and they really made me take notice. I checked in at around three or so, the coffee at that late hour was fabulous! Tasty, hot, just what I needed. And another fabulous surprise was a tray of fresh baked cookies like mom bakes just calling me over. Still very warm, it felt incredible after a day of driving through wind, rain, and snow. Small touches, yet really made me feel great. I have learned a lot of details go by the wayside over time but you never forget how someone made you feel. These guys are in my memory strong and are certainly on my list the next trip north. And the staff, all smiles and great attitudes and appreciation of IHG Reward Members.

Great stay in Portland
Yes, I recommend this property.
Got a room on the waterfront, and was thrilled with the view! Sea Lions were nearby at the marina, you could watch them and and many other animals and wildlife. If you like to see boats, you will love this hotel on the banks of the Columbia River. The location is strong, just off I-5 on Hayden Island. Security is taken seriously, you are fully safe and cared for here. Customer service staff was super friendly, and very helpful. Restaurant on site with good choices, and a fully stocked mini store for things you might need while you are here. Be sure to book a room with a view, you will not regret it!

Perfect value near it all in Tempe. Had a great stay here, walking distance to events at the ASU campus and other local spots. Quality television choices, breakfast was perfect for a quick getaway. Location near the major roadways. Highly rec this property!

I had a wonderful stay, good television selections, new property so everything is sparkling new and fresh. Smiling staff members make you feel welcome. I am an IHG Silver Elite member, they made sure to acknowledge that. Easy early check in made it possible to watch some baseball playoffs and rest up before checking out the Foo Fighters concert nearby. Food options plenty nearby, checked out before breakfast so cannot comment on what I am certain was a great start to the day. Highly rec this property!

Perfect value downtown
Yes, I recommend this property.
Stayed for a show at the Arizona Financial Theater, on quite a hot day, 114 degrees. Friendly staff had my room key ready, pays to be a IHG One Rewards Member as it was just after 1pm. Don't believe the fuss you see in some reviews, neighborhood is really not an issue, I felt completely safe. Television options fabulous, bed decent, AC on hyper drive! For the price, location, value, totally rec this hotel! I will return.
