Poor experience of a hotel terrible elevator

No, I do not recommend this property.
Terrible experience stayed for two nights elevator unsure if would work noisy thin walls with concrete ceiling felt like dorm room food was terrible cold every morning not warm one good thing they offer many fruits to select from and Oikos yogurt poo selection of tea and coffee was cold and burnt tasting. Parents slllowed children to be unruly playing in weight room and running around while I tried to my workout in. Smokers stood around front door got to smell and be exposed to several cigarette smokers. Didn’t feel safe. Terrible location to get to

Concord Walnut Creek filthy unfriendly
No, I do not recommend this property.
Floors carpet in room were disgusting the bottom of my feet and socks were black as if I’d been outside walking barefoot. When I check into a hotel I want to know the carpets / floors are clean and I can take my shoes off and not be concerned about cleanliness.
Bartender unbelievably sexist and I’m a heterosexual male however when I’m the only person at the bar to be waited on and don’t get service for 5 minutes until he complete his conversation with a co worker and another patron sits down and is served food and drinks before me is ridiculous (the other patron was a female). As others sat at the bar for dinner the same experience occurred repeatedly.
Hotel staff at check out unable to provide receipt hard copy making me late to meeting asked her to email me and she never did I had to call back to have it emailed two days later.
