Traveling with a healing shattered ankle, requested the handicapped room when making the reservation. Checked in and requested an extra pillow for my ankle and desk clerk replied, "Sorry, we do not have extra pillows". As we turned to go to the room, I saw the room where they kept towels, washcloths, and much to my surprise, in plain view; were pillows. Sorry, but that made me quite upset. Why on this site, do you put your stay requests, where I specifically asked for extra pillows and then on top to have the desk clerk just lie about an extra pillow????? It is not like we asked for a free room.....You need to remember that customer service is #1 and please tell your staff not to lie to the guests as unfortunately she really got caught.
