Guests Love this West Seneca, NY Hotel's Location Beautiful and convenient, the Staybridge Suites® Buffalo hotel's location meets the needs of every traveler. Resting on the eastern shore of Lake Erie, West Seneca provides access to entertainment, attractions and business opportunities for the hotel's guests. In Buffalo, top local companies like General Mills, General Motors, Ford, United Healthcare, Geico Insurance and Tesla aren't far away. Guests can take advantage of nearby Interstate 90 and the Buffalo/Niagara International Airport (BUF) for direct travel to their destinations. A couple things though:
This hotel definitely has a 'highway side' with insufficient sound proofing, you will hear every vehicle.

The pool room has the ambience of a bomb shelter, and the water was concerning. A visible film was on the surface. Not sure if the filter was broken or if the chemical balance was off. The manager was unconcerned when I asked about it.

No, I do not recommend this property.
Exterior:
The place has a generally 'sketchy vibe'. The building is visibly worn down, some garbage was strewn across the front door, there is a dive bar connected to it, and the county jail is in the same development.

Staff team were not "warm and welcoming", just matter of fact. Never looked up from their desks. Seemed like they were slightly annoyed to be disturbed to check guests in or answer questions.

Dark & tired looking. Small windows that let in little sunlight. Very little lighting in the room, only 3 small laps. Dated decor. Stiff, creaky mattresses.

Seemed like the filter was not working. Clumps of human hair and other small debris in the pool. My daughter also founded a rusted toy at the bottom of the deep end.

Slightly below average free hotel food. And very disorganized set up. Guests were rummaging through cupboards to find bowls & spoons for cereal, and sugar for coffee. Coffee and juice ran out. Just not a very easy and relaxing experience.

Yes, I recommend this property.
Very well run property with very friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff.
Seems like it is a brand new hotel. So it is very clean and in great shape.
We stayed in the king room with a pull out sofa. Even the pull out was clean and comfortable.
Best free breakfast you could ask for with broad selection and amazing staff.

No, I do not recommend this property.
"Newer" hotel showing early signs of decline. Slight wear and tear on fixtures and furniture, and room cleanliness standards seem to be bare minimum. Found visible debris (crumbs?) on pull out mattress. Staff seemed to not be surprised or concerned about it.
