When service people make mistakes, it is often caused by poor training and supervision. This location seems to suffer from that malady. I asked in-person for a late check-out time. The person at the front desk agreed to 12:00 noon, and I saw the front desk person wrote it down on a notepad. I asked if everything was ok, and he confirmed it was set. The next morning I double locked the room so I would not be disturbed. Around 10:00 AM while I was on a conference call with 7 other people, a staff member broke into the room. I waived him away since I was clearly talking to the people in my video meeting, but he insisted that I come to him. He wouldn't leave until I came to him. I had to interrupt my meeting to tell him I had already received a late checkout. That's a management problem. Also, no bar of soap and no laundry bag in the room.
