everything clean and comfortable, good food choices and the lady kept up with the demand. Bed was great, and room was clean. Picky about showers, and this was a good one.

the good-great beds for sleeping, quiet rooms, and great breakfast.
The bad-our first room, the bathtub was plugged, and full of water and hair. So, they asked us to move. Apparently no one on staff knew how to unplug a tub. No one offered to help, either, despite my standing there asking for the tub to be unplugged and cleaned, or to be moved.
The ugly-finally convinced the clerk to give us another room, so we moved down the hall. Went to make some coffee to relax, and lo and behold, the machine still had a pod in it, that was moldy and stinking. Went back to original room to switch pots, and it was just as bad! Just gross.
Those things ruined what was otherwise a very good hotel, with great beds, comfortable rooms, and great lady doing the breakfast.

Everything about this place is consistently excellent. Even in covid times, they set up a full breakfast and served you to go. So was able to take advantage of the full line. Different than other HIE we have stayed at, and made for a much better experience. Rooms are always neat and clean, comfortable beds, variety of pillows to help get a good nights sleep
