Yes, I recommend this property.
With the hotel under construction and plumbing being done at night our sleep was interrupted each night.
Our room was on the second floor directly above the construction. I am sure the hotel will be great when it's complete based on the renewed look and feel of our room.

No, I do not recommend this property.
The greeting of the staff was good. The room needed some updates. The breakfast was a disappointment having no fresh fruit and when I asked was basically told no.
Needless to say we left for the rest of our trip.
Will definitely find other accommodations if passing through again.
