Yes, I recommend this property.
My wife and I stayed Friday 2/28 and Saturday 3/1. Two nights. Friday night was a nightmare. Hotel was packed and even though there are signs quiet time 11pm-7am people were not obeying it and staff was not enforcing it. I guess there were a couple of sports teams there. Neighbors were loud and had loud music late into the night. It was around 1 am so I reported it to the front desk. It helped a little bit but not completely. Another issue was no hot water that Friday night for a shower and Saturday morning. Just warm. I told the front desk and they said they would look into it. If the hotel is busy they should be able to have enough hot water for people to shower. Very unhappy about that. Saturday night and Sunday morning was better for hot water. Saturday night was much quieter too. Fire alarm went off in the hotel at 1:30am for I don't know why Friday night. Didn't go off for too long. Almost thought we were gonna have to evacuate. But we didn't.
I feel the pool could be cleaned. Seemed dirty.
Breakfast was nice! Nice variety. But Saturday morning I thought it was gonna be open at 7am as I was told Friday night. I went down at 6:45am Saturday and it was mobbed with people and opened already. Most everything was empty...Just because there are teams there I think they shouldn't have opened up earlier. If I would have known, I would have been down there 6:30am or whenever. They should have let everyone know. Made me frustrated. I notified staff. Sunday was better. I was there and they opened breakfast at 7am.
Our room was clean, neat and organized. Very happy about that. Although they could have put an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. There was only a partial roll near the toilet. Had to ask for more. The heater for the room was good and kept the room warm as it was cold outside. TV and cable was nice.

Our hotel is located in Warners, New York just 1 Mile west of Syracuse. Our hotel is conveniently located only 1.5 Miles from I-90 (NYS Thruway) exit 39 and only 1 Mile from I-690. This makes commuting in and out of the city of Syracuse extremely convenient. We are located just 13 short miles from Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR) and 10 miles from Syracuse's Amtrak and Bus Station.
Our hotel is a popular destination for guests visiting the New York State Fairgrounds or the brand new Expo Center located on the fairgrounds. Being only 1.5 miles away from everything the NYS Fairgrounds has to offer from Equestrian Events, Antique Shows, Dog Shows and Multiple RV and Boat Shows throughout the year makes us a great place to stay when attending any of the many events.
Looking to do some shopping? We are a short 4 mile drive from New York's largest mall; Destiny USA. With over 250 places to shop, dine and have fun; everyone will find something for themselves.
Our hotel is located 1.5 miles from Empower FCU Amphitheater. The "AMP" brings in national recording acts all throughout the summer.
In town for business? We are located next door to G&C Foods , 5 miles from Sysco and Amazon Distribution Center, 5 miles from Westrock and a short 10 minute drive to Micron Technologies .
Coming to visit Syracuse University? Only 6 miles away from the University and the Dome.

I am very pleased with my stay here! Staff is very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was nice and the two ladies working it were very friendly and welcoming. They did a great job cleaning and restocking stuff. They even said good morning! When we checked in the hotel they gave me a gift bag and there were cookies near by. How nice! Lobby was clean and our room and everything in between. We got the room we asked for , away from the stairs. It was quiet too. The only thing that maybe a deterrent is the location. Yes it's in a quiet location which is nice but there are no restaurants around. You have to drive a couple miles. And they should have better signs by the roads leading to it. The pool was nice too. Small but clean! I would stay here again!

Yes, I recommend this property.
Sone cleaning is needed at this hotel that I noticed while there. The pool was dirty, the bathroom had areas that could have been cleaned better too in the room we had.
