From checking in to departure all was exquisitely taken care of from the Valet, to the Front Desk Staff, thank you Tyler and Tony to the housekeeping and pool side bar tender. Certainly looking forward to my return visit and making this my preferred accommodation for the greater Atlanta Area. Room was well appointed with lovely views. Flawless corridors and lobby, thank you team. As a senior contributor I would highly recommend this property.

No Frills environment
Yes, I recommend this property.
Thanks Shelia for being the only bright spot during this otherwise basic stay. No services provided yet full rate was charged. Valet is second rate compared to what it used to be. No kitchenette in room, no room service, no turndown service, no room refresh, no ventilation in bathroom, very dirty windows to look out of, no recognition for platinum membership. Pool deck is treated like an armed forces secured area, no towel service. Other area hotels do there very best to provide the best accommodations possible per discussions with other guests in the area, this establishment is no frills to an extreme, sadly probably my last stay. Looking forward to seeing what else is out there.

Hidden fees stay away
No, I do not recommend this property.
I probably would not stay here again as the staff do not communicate. I was told at check in that “breakfast bags” would be available all day the following day, they were not. I was also quietly charged a $75 pet fee however was given no advanced notice of this fee at checkin. I would have stayed else where if I had been advised of this fee, not a good way to run a business.
