Home away from Home....
Yes, I recommend this property.
This is my go to whenever we come out to visit our son. I consider this stay a home away from home. Steven the desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. My husband is disable and we've been very fortunate to get the ground floor. I don't have any negative to say about our stay. I do however do have a complaint about Kyle the desk clerk, we checked out got home to Fayetteville and notice our grandson left his pillow in the room, I called right away and spoke with Kyle he said he would check into it and call me back. However I had to call him back about 2 hours later to see if he was able to found out anything he in turned said the staff had gone for the day and he would personally go to the room since no one was checked into it and call right back. Of course you guessed it no call back. I am taking this as a loss pillowed. That would be my only complaint.

IMPRESSED
Yes, I recommend this property.
Sean the desk clerk was very friendly and accommodation to my husbands disabilities, He was able to get us on the 1st floor so my husband wouldn't have to walk to far. In the morning when we were going to check out there was a discrepancy on our bill which he took care of. We enjoyed our stay even if it was for 1 night. I did tell Sean that this will be my go to hotel when I am in Wilmington, NC. I definitely gave it 5 stars.

This 44-story hotel with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Koolau mountains and Waikiki skyline is just 3 blocks from Waikiki beach and 4 blocks from the Hawaii Convention Center. Conveniently located near shopping, dining, and activities, this hotel also features free hot breakfast buffet, free Wi-Fi, pool, jet spa and business center. All rooms include a compact refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker and microwave.
Don't miss our 5th floor Skydeck featuring a 9-hole mini-golf course, shuffleboard, giant chess game, ping pong and foosball. Or relax by the pool in our private cabanas. Hawaii 2022
Yes, I recommend this property.
Our stay was very pleasant, my sister and husband, niece and fiancé all stayed at the hotel. It was walking distant to the beach and all shopping amenities. We did rent a vehicle to go to see the USS Arizona and other beaches, Paui look out point. But for the most part we walked around the Waikiki beach area. The room was smaller than showed in pictures, however the view from 2205 was awesome. The breakfast was very good every day we were there. All the staff was very friendly Able the bell hop was very helpful in referring a shuttle to the airport which was very reasonable for 6 people. If you get a chance check out the Rock a Hula luau it is totally worth the money and they do military discount. Oh the pool area was clean and had activities for kids, however the pool itself was cold.

Guest love the Holiday Inn Express & Suites York! We are located off I-83 less than three miles from York College and Wellspan York Hospital and within minutes of Johnson Controls, Dentsply, Gichner Shelters, General Dynamics, BAE and many more. Nearby you will also find Appell Center for Performing Arts, Pullo Center, Peoples Bank Stadium, home of the York Revolution, and of course Harley Davidson.
All of our spacious rooms include a microwave and mini-fridge , Keurig and 42" TV. Our Executive Rooms also include a pull out sofa sleeper and dining area in addition to the large work area in all rooms. We offer free hot breakfast , free Wi-Fi, 24-hour Fitness and Business Centers, same day dry cleaning, and a heated outdoor seasonal pool.
Once more we are 100% smoke-free and Pet-Friendly

Room smelled like mildo
No, I do not recommend this property.
When we arrived into our room it had a strong order of mildo,
The ac unit did not cool the room properly and you could fill all the moisture in the air. When I pulled the sheets back you can fill the moisture in the bed. I am glad I travel with a small fan that is about the only reason I was able to sleep somewhat. I would not recommend this particular hotel. I usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express when I travel I have experience good ones and bad ones.

Tampa/Orlando stay

No, I do not recommend this property.
Our Tampa stay was wonderful, however the Orlando stay not so much. We did find something in our first night stay that was very inappropriate and I took to the front desk. We we're told that there would be no housekeeping service's during our stay, we we're out all day on our second night and returned to our room which was completely stripped of all bedding and towels. I then had to go down to the front desk to not only complain but to get bedding and clean towels which I then in turned had to make our beds. So my stay in Orlando (across from Universal Studios) was not at all inviting nor impresses. The desk manager Tyson was very nice.
