Not sure how some of these reviews say the rooms are nice but the 2 room King Suite on the 2nd floor needs some attention. The young Indian lady at the front desk was very nice and assured me although they are “renovating”, this room is completed. I would beg to differ as the only thing I can say about the room is it was clean and the bed was comfortable but “renovated” it was not. Adding a couple of TVs, throwing touch up paint on the walls, and refinishing a tub is not a renovation. The rooms need to be gutted out and completely remodeled to have a more modern look. Took pictures of some issues that stood out i.e., rust in the bathroom, mixed match door knobs, chipped/cracked paint, stained ceiling, outdated ceiling fan, and a locked door to a “secret” room that the front desk said was a storage closet but it’s very unsettling as it’s locked so who knows who could come through the door. Shame on Holiday Inn/IHG for allowing these franchisees to use their name and likeness on such subpar properties that are way below the Corporate standard.
