Business Travel - good

The room was neat and clean. The internet password was immediately provided at check-in. Traveling by myself for business, I felt safe coming and going from my room. Parking is extremely convenient. The only downfall, my room was a little warm and the air conditioner was very loud. As for the staff, always pleasant. I happened to book my stay the same time as the GEM Show in Tucson, the rate was a lot higher than it was the previous year.

Thank you for your wonderful review of your stay with us. I'm happy to hear you enjoyed everything except a noisy AC unit! I will make sure my engineer looks at the unit in that room so we can have it humming quietly! I hope since you were here during the GEM show you were able to explore a bit, it is the largest Gem, Mineral and Fossil show in the world that is hosted in Tucson each January and February. This hotel was great. The hotel staff was pleasant and attentive. The only knock on it would be the fitness center is pretty terrible.

My bed was horrible, I could feel the springs and the mattress was hard, the shower had very little water pressure. The breakfast wasnt bad, but the biscuits were terrible and so was the gravy.

Just off Interstate 71, this Holiday Inn Express® hotel's comfort and quality are exactly what you need when it comes to accommodations in Sunbury, Ohio. Our hotel, only 10 miles from Columbus and just minutes from Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio, makes travel a breeze. The Tanger Outlet Mall is now open and just 1/4 mile from our front door!
Because the hotel is situated in Sunbury, Ohio, staying here means that you're only a few miles from the Alum Creek State Park, where our guests can participate in recreational activities like picnicking, nature programs, fishing, hunting, boating and mountain biking. In addition, the Delaware County Fairground is a short distance away, so feel free to come watch the Little Brown Jug horse races if you're here in the fall.
Most hotels in the Sunbury-Delaware, Ohio area just can't compare to ours when it comes to the extra perks. You can relax in the indoor, heated pool or burn off some energy in the fitness center.

The rooms and the entire facility are always clean. Staff is always pleasant and easy to talk with. I especially like the fact that you get what you ask for there is never an issue with wrong room or wrong price. And the quality for the price you pay is absolutely spot on! My family and I have stayed at other hotels in the area, but we will only stay at the Holiday Inn Express now that we have found our "choice" hotel.
