The front desk was so friendly they welcomed me and had homemade cookies. The store was awesome it has everything I needed for lunch. Was like having a corner store in the hote.

Just A Bad Day I Presume.

Overall I like this place. This last visit I was surprised that my experience was not so great. I slept on sheets that had a blood stain on them that I did not see until the morning. Grossed me out to say the least. I could not turn the television on in the morning. I called the front desk and was instructed to unplug and plug back in. That did not solve the problem. No television for me in the morning. When I reported the blood stain and showed the pic (attached) my final bill was only reduced by $20.00. Really? None the less, the staff was polite and courteous. The grounds were well lit and kept.

Nice rooms and Front Desk

The room was nice, the breakfast choices were great. We had a late check in and the person at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. When we arrived he was even more pleasant in person. We didn't get much sleep due to people being loud above our room and in the hall. We were in town for a speed skate meet and had to be up around 4. There were some breakfast items out early, which was very accommodating and when I had a break, I went back to eat and check out. I would stay there again.

Breakfast questionable

The rooms were clean and neat, The hallway was vacuumed once in the 6 days we stayed, and based on the condition of the rugs, they also needed cleaning. When questioned about the elevator button not working the desk clerk said she would look at it, it was never repaired. The hotel was sold out one night but the dining room ran out of some food, The pancake machine only worked 3 out of 6 days. One day not only I but other guest ate the pancakes with knives as there were no forks available. There is a store directly across the street where all these items are available.
