Relaxing and Tranquil

The front desk manager was very polite and answered all my questions and helpful with finding dinning in the area. My room was neat and clean and modern looking. The bathroom was neat and tidy with plenty of towels. The bed was very firm and comfortable. Fitness area was clean and had a good amount of equipment to use. Pool area was clean and inviting. The continental breakfast was very good and had plenty variety to choose from. I will recommend you to all my colleagues.

My Stay in Sunny Wenatchee

I had the pleasure of a trip to Wenatchee this February for business and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. The hotel was well situated, nice rooms and the staff was very pleasant. I would recommend it for any business traveler.

Would not recommend

The holiday Inn in Duluth had an issue with the room I reserved with the king size bed. No other room was available to put me in so I was downgraded to a room with two twin beds with no compensation. They were the most uncomfortable beds in human history. They felt like they had been jumped on by a pack of sugar powered children for 5 hours. I slept incredibly badly that night and woke up worse than before.
I Normally love holiday inns but this one made me realize they are not all created equal. If I stay in Duluth again, it will be at another hotel.

Crowne Plaza is my hotel of choice in Syracuse and this location despite several changes in the name/ownership over the last 12 years. Centrally located, and nice staff with clean surroundings and rooms.

Amazing staff

I had a really minor problem upon arrival (my bedroom had some furnutire from a different bedroom (an additiobal bed and some other things), when I requested to remove them I got a different/better room, a complimentary dessert and great attention from staff.
Also I took part of a meeting in the hotel and the attention was impecable.
