Let our hotel in Temecula California be your preferred destination!
The Holiday Inn Express Temecula is a fantastic destination for anyone visiting the area. Located just off the 15 freeway, it's less than 6 miles from the beautiful Temecula Wine Country, where you can enjoy nearly 50 wineries nestled in the hills with friends, food, and of course, wine.
If you're looking for more to do, head down to historic Old Town Temecula, where you'll find unique shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
At the hotel, you'll enjoy free Wi-Fi, parking, and a hot breakfast. The fitness room is open 24 hours, and there's an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi where you can unwind after a long day. Each room is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, TV, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Old and dirty

This place felt right out of the 1980's. Old, dirty and dark. Lights in the room didn't fully work.
Feel like because it's Temecula (a popular tourist spot) the place feels like it needs to do nothing in terms of maintenance. Absolutely would NEVER stay at this place again.

Modern hotel located in the heart of the city, on the city's main street close to all the attractions of Porto city center. The Holiday Inn Express® Porto City Center hotel is also just a few minutes from Bolhao Market, Ribeira and its Douro River, Clerigos Church and much more, along with Ribeira's cafes and restaurants. Cozy up in one of our 105 air-conditioned rooms with headboard USB ports. Free Wi-Fi and 40-inch flat-screen TV with a wide choice of channels, with kettle, ironing board and iron. The Express Bar and Cafe is open from 11am to 8pm. In the morning, sit back and enjoy a free breakfast with hot options and a continental buffet at your own pace, courtesy of the hotel.

Helpful staff but maintenance below average

The hotel is in a convenient area for a city break.
The staff were helpful and the place was clean.
Breakfast for a cooked option was poor compared to the UK with sausages and bacon not good quality.
My major disappointment was maintenance. The table in the room was wobbly along with the sink tap in the bathroom. Given the rooms are cleaned everyday I am surprised there is not a system to report these issues rather than leave it to the visitor staying.

Decent Stay but Needs Improvement

My stay at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is excellent, making it convenient for easier access to all the centrally located offices and shopping centres. Additionally, the housekeeping staff (I do not know the person's name) was exceptional—efficient, courteous, and truly deserving of appreciation.
However, there are several areas where the hotel needs significant improvement. Cleanliness and hygiene were lacking, both in the rooms and common areas. The food hygiene standards also need serious attention, as I experienced stomach issues during my stay. Noise was another major problem, especially on the third floor where I had been give a room. It was difficult to get a peaceful night’s sleep. Unfortunately, some guests were inconsiderate, talking loudly with their doors open well past midnight, and the hotel staff did not intervene.
The check-out process was frustratingly delayed due to excessive charges that were neither explained nor justified. Several correspondence even after leaving the hotel did not resolve the issue. This left a negative impression at the end of my stay.
Despite these concerns, I would consider staying here again, provided the hotel takes steps to improve hygiene, noise control, and customer service. With better management, this could be a much better place to stay.

Feral cats

This is the first hotel I stayed at that had a feral cat houses behind the hotel. They used storage containers as cat houses with cat food all around, when you ate breakfast you could see the whole colony. Needless to say, it was not very appetizing. It made the hotel seem very dumpy.

No air conditioner or water pressure

Our room, and as we heard from others guests too, was unable to have air conditioner remain or or blow cold air. Our shower had very low water pressure.

La peor estancia que he tenido

Me hospedé con mi familia solo una noche y ha sido la peor noche que hayamos pasado en un hotel, todo había estado bien hasta que a la media noche cuando estábamos dormidos sonó la alarma de incendio por error, nos espantó y nos despertó abruptamente, así sonó 3 veces durante el transcurso de la noche y no pudimos dormir ni estar tranquilos; no hubo ninguna disculpa ni buena información por parte del personal. Es la peor noche que hemos pasado en un hotel y aunque ya nos habíamos quedado aquí varias veces solo para prevenir mejor reservaremos en otro lugar.

Failed this time

This was probably the worst stay at this hotel. It was by far not my last, just failed this time. I was not welcomed as a diamond elite member at check in, which sadly most of the IHG properties I have stayed at fail at this. I never was offered or received a check in reward for my stay which usually I just get a email for points and they failed this time. Being placed next to the stairs was the worst spot with noise at random times. Then the worst part was the fire alarms for someone’s room and the whole hotel went off more than once.

Ciudad Juarez Hotel with Complimentary Shuttle Service
Welcome to the Holiday Inn Express® & Suites Cd. Juárez - Las Misiones Hotel , which is conveniently located in a new commercial and residential area, with easy access to main avenues and different areas of the city.
Nearby, you will find the city’s industrial parks , where companies such as Flex, Lear, Honeywell, Continental, Delphi, Electrolux, International Paper, Cisco, Tpi and Johnson & Johnson are located. We are just 15 minutes from Abraham González International Airport and a few steps from the United States General Consulate , as well as Hospital Star Médica, Clínica Médica Internacional, and other clinics approved by the American Consulate.
We are within walking distance from Las Misiones shopping mall, and a few minutes to Zaragoza International Bridge.

Facturacion Erronea

El hotel está bien para descansar, muy cómoda las habitaciones. Sin embargo desde que llegue al hotel les hise saber que era muy importante me enviaran la factura en tiempo y forma por que yo tengo un límite de tiempo para comprobar este gasto en la empresa donde laboro.
Al finalizar la estadía les hise mención de la factura, y me comentaron que sería enviada en breve, confiando plenamente me retire . Estuve marcando y enviando correos los siguientes 2 días y sin respuesta. El día de hoy (4 días después de la salida) me contestaron y me dijeron que empezarían con el proceso de refacturacio por que habia sido generada a un RFC genérico. Ahora tengo problemas con mi empresa y tengo 5 días de prorroga para comprobar el gasto.
Soy cliente de esta cadena, y nunca había tenido un problema así.

The Holiday Inn Express Pamplona is located in the commercial area of La Morea, the most important commercial area of Navarre, with lots of shops and restaurants. There’s also a cinema, spa, gym and bowling center, etc.
Only two km away from the Navarra Arena and Sadar Stadium, and three km away from Pamplona Airport.
Free private parking is available for our customers, inside and outside the hotel. You can also enjoy our free high-speed Wi-Fi in every part of the hotel, rest in our rooms with air conditioner and enjoy our free breakfast.
University of Navarra and Public University of Navarra are located just five minutes from the hotel.
Our location will also allow you to easily move around to visit different areas of Navarra such as Olite and its castle, the Camino de Santiago. Enjoy a walk inside the forest of the Selva de Irati or look for a witch inside the Zugarramurdi Caves. With the possibility of visiting San Sebastian or crossing the border to visit some really beautiful French villages such as Saint Jean Pie de Port or Biarritz.

Mi opinión era buena hasta que ...

Pasamos un par de noches en este hotel ,un hotel correcto ,el check in fue rápido no había huéspedes esperando cuando llegamos . Se encuentra cerca de un centro comercial y de parada de bus con mucho aparcamiento propio y en alrededores . La habitación de tamaño aceptable con 2 camas ,los colchones muy cómodos y con 2 almohadas 1 mas dura y otra mas blanda,baño con bañera y bidet. Con la estancia tienes desayuno buffet incluido bastante bien con embutido ,bollos,pan para tostar,tortilla de patatas,zumos,infusiones,yogures.
La estancia fue buena y tranquila . Hoy una semana después me doy cuenta que me dejé una tarjeta medica puesta en la luz y nadie me ha avisado de ello. Llamo a recepción y me dice que si que la tienen alli les he pedido que me la envíen por correo y como suponia me han dicho que si hay gasto lo tendré que pagar. Mi hija trabajo en un hotel y siempre llamaban a los clientes si se dejaban algo y se lo remitian gratuitamente . Si hubiese sido algo mas importante tampoco me hubiesen avisado?

100% disappointed

The room and bathroom were in poor condition. Obvious water damage in bathroom that had never been repaired. Floor was in bad condition. Tub was in bad condition. Beds were made poorly and mattress was wrapped in plastic sheeting of some kind that could be seen easily.
I had to make a reservation the night before my visit to Frisco. I reserved the room online and this location was near where I needed to be the next morning. I arrived in the evening and didn't have time to check into other hotels nearby or I would have never stayed here. There was trash in the elevator and the hallways were dirty.
I called to request a 6AM wake up call before I went to sleep. When in spoke to the lady at the front desk she told me she didn't know how to enter that into the system and explained that she had only worked there a little over two months. She said she would reach out to management to find out how to do this and she took my room # and said worst case she would call me herself at 6 AM. She never called.
Poor service. Property looked unmaintained and was in disrepair. Such a shame especially considering the location.
I attempted to contact the hotel general manager. Left message with front desk team member. I was not contacted after leaving message.
