Comfortable bed

Arrived at hotel at 7pm 3/16/25. Was not recognized as a member. No explanation regarding where to park for room access. Woman behind counter couldn't have been less interested in helping. No explanation regarding breakfast options. No free breakfast although the coffee bar was very nice touch. Room needed a good vacuuming all the way to the walls. No hand towels in bathroom. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The Staybridge Suites Coeur d'Alene is ideally located off Interstate 90 in the Riverstone Complex which features a six-acre lake, waterfront outdoor amphitheater, movie theater, and children’s play area. I booked this room for a friend who was traveling from Boise due to a hotel issue there. She decided to stay here and everything was good until checkout. Anna was working the front desk and was extremely rude to my friend and to me when I called and wanted to thank the hotel for allowing me to book this room since I wasn’t physically there. If the manager of this property would reach out to me I’d appreciate it.

We were disappointed with the initial check-in and the surprise extra $100 "incidental fees" and $10/night parking fees. These were never mentioned on any website, even though the young lady (with a bit of an attitude) at the front desk assured us that "...every hotel in the entire world has these fees..." (At checkout, all of those fees were waived, which was nice!) The room was missing several items including the coffeepot and not enough towels. The icemaker made about 1 cube per hour and the paper towels and tissue box were both almost empty. We had to go to the front desk and get them replaced ourselves. We asked for a housekeeping visit after 2 of our 4 day stay to empty trash, do a sweeping, replace towels and that did not happen at all. Other than that, the room itself, the bedding linens, hallways, etc were pretty clean. The room was quiet for the most part. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good, offering both hot and cold options. Everyone else who worked there was very friendly, except for that first night check-in. It seemed like a pretty safe area, too. The hotel was very close to the thruway and we highly recommend a close-by local pizzeria called Impellizzeri's Pizza.

No rest for the weary

I don't hold the hotel responsible for ill behaved children that were staying at the hotel, that's for the less than responsible coaches.
What I do hold the hotel responsible for was the lack of caring or concern for my issue of some punk kid pounding on my door waking me from a dead sleep like he was some sort of stormtroopers.
I was assured the behavior would be addressed, less than an hour later the pounding occurred again.
When I checked out the next morning I asked the desk agent to confirm the 15k in points for not getting any sleep were in my account, I was lied to as they weren't, I had to call the hotel to find out where they were, I asked to speak to the general manager, after being put on hold, the front desk clerk said your points have been approved, I said that's nice but I asked to speak to the manager, apparently the manager doesn't speak to guests she would not take my call it I wouldn't be transferred.
Well I speak to mangers, I spend inexcess of 200 nights per year in hotel rooms, I speak with money this hotel had it worked out could have been my home base for 20 stores, with 2 visits a year that's a minimum of 40 nights you should have had a a guarantee, now the only guarantee you have is that another hotel will get those nights, thanks for taking my call, thanks for hiring liars!

A little underwhelming

We thought the beds would be a little firmer since it is a newer hotel they were not, breakfast staff very nice but odd hours of serving and biscuits were hard as a brick everyday they were served, sausage patties like leather after sitting in warmer but the bacon delicious. We got in late, couldn't get key on app, waited for a front desk person to come after 20 minutes she returned to be very rude.

The Holiday Inn Express Liverpool Central is located less than a mile from Liverpool Lime Street station and 8 miles from Liverpool John Lennon Airport. With close connections to the M62 Motorway and M53 Motorway.
The hotel is located within the vibrant and historic Ropewalks district of the city, within walking distance of many of Liverpool’s city centre attractions, including The Royal Albert Dock, Shopping at Liverpool ONE, The Beatles Story and Liverpool Cathedral. It is conveniently located less than half a mile from the M&S Bank Arena, the home of Eurovision 2023.
The hotel is proud to welcome visitors travelling to the world-renowned Liverpool football club, located at Anfield and Everton football club, located at Goodison Park; both of which are just a short walk from the hotel.
Business guests will find the hotel the perfect place to work from, with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout and ergonomic desks, laptop safes and ensuite bathrooms with power showers in every room. Pleasant but disappointed at the same time

Once again I stayed at the this hotel. Always pleasant staying at this hotel and conveniently located. But this time i was very disappointed at the way my room cleaning took place. On the Sunday i was there I left the hotel at 9:15am and returned at 4:15 to find that the room had not been serviced yet (I did leave the service request sign on the door) to my disappointment. On informing reception that my room had not been service the lady promised me that she would ensure that it would be done asap. About 25 minutes later I was informed that the room was ready but to my dismay when I went up to my room I discovered the room was NOT ready yet. I gave reception a piece of my mind telling her that being a gold elite IHG member I expect much better service. 30 minutes later when going back to my room I found it had been finally serviced. this same situation repeated itself on the Tuesday and this time when I informed the manager that I was going to make an official complaint his expression was "WOW" as if to mock me and to which I give him a piece of my mind and told him not to make fun of me. After 35 minutes my room was finally serviced. This is not the way to treat your customers especially IHG members. iI will be back in early April and hope this will not be repeated otherwise it will be the last time I will be using thsi hotel.

Did not meet expectations

This is my second time staying in this specific hotel. I previously stayed here in 2018 and felt it was a good value for the money and the rooms were clean and reasonably accommodating. I recently came back and stayed again, and it was a huge disappointment. Our room felt dingy, there was black hair clumps stuck on the AC unit, under the hand towels, on the bottom of the toilet and inside the shower- my whole family has light brown and blonde hair. I had put in our notes we were a family of 4 in a 2 bed room, we only had 2 bath towels between the 4 of us. We couldn’t shut the bathroom door in our room because the lock was broken. The property handyman had to come in and unlock it the first night because we had locked ourselves out unknowingly and he told us to not shut it the remainder of our stay. So no privacy to use the restroom, shower, or change. The hallways smelled of old cigarettes and weed. The lobby bathroom was always filthy and looked as if a fraternity had ransacked it every time we used it- paper towel dispenser taken off the wall, toilets unusable, toilet paper all over the floor. I did contact guest services but felt as if it was more argumentative rather than finding a solution to the problem. It was a very disappointing stay to say the least.

poor service and outdated

My stay was poor from the moment I checked in. I received an email advising of a room upgrade and when I arrived, the upgrade was to a higher floor only, no room upgrade as such. The building is only 8 floors so this really is no upgrade. My room had no refrigerator and I had to ask to get one that took nearly 2 hours. The phone didn't work having then needing to travel down the elevator when I needed something to reception. When finally someone came to fix, all they brought was a cable and tried to convince me it was Ok. After pushing him, I finally got a new phone that worked just ok. That took 2 hours. I then tried to order room service that didn't arrive then I had a staff member arrive to have me sign the bill, when I had not received anything. Finally my drinks arrived later, then my food arrived separately. I wasn't aware the dining area was under renovation and the food choice at breakfast was smaller than usual and the quality was below standard. Cold food, sausages that were obviously reheated and the pastries were not fresh. Fruit selection was poor. I used the gymnasium that states it has a fully equipped gym, whereas in fact, only one of 3 treadmills was working, hand weights grips were damaged and weight size plates were missing, weights were spread all over the floor and only 3 small water bottles were available and no hand towels. The room WIFI was terrible and continuously dropped out making work almost impossible, the TV remote didn't work. The electrical wiring on the bedside lamps was extremely dangerous and presents a high risk of electrocution....a most unpleasant stay and not commensurate with the Crowne Plaza name

Upscale All Suite Hotel located in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio
When you are at the crossroads of booking a business trip or a vacation, adventure begins at the Staybridge Suites Stone Oak. We are located 10 minutes north of the San Antonio International Airport with nearby attractions such as Natural Bridge Caverns, and Morgan's Wonderland. Neighboring business include N. Central VA Clinic, Methodist Stone Oak Hospital, and N. Central Baptist Hospital to name a few.
Our free shuttle operates in a generous 5 miles radius from the hotel and takes you to local businesses, shops, and dining. Our accommodations also offer free Wi-Fi, guest laundry, parking (underground parking garage available), daily hot breakfast and Social Mon-Wed 5:30pm-7:00 pm. Maintain your workout routine at our 24-hour Fitness Center or go for a swim in our outdoor pool with 10,000 sq. ft. courtyard with free for guest use BBQ pavilions.

Close to things but not a good location

Duvet wreaked of men’s cologne (washed at all?) also had a spot.
House keeping came in took towels and replaced but we had extra towels and they did not leave the same amount they took so we had to request more again.
Only emptied trash cans in sight, not the one under the sink and did not remake beds.
Worst breakfast we’ve had at an IHG hotel thus far.
I was on the fifth floor and could hear people dropping weights from the gym on the first floor. Showers had weak spray with no options on type of spray. General location was good but actual location of hotel was not convenient. Had to go in big circles around the busy and under construction highway, sometimes took 30 min just to go to a convenient store. Also road noise was very loud in our room.

I was on the fifth floor and could hear people dropping weights from the gym on the first floor. Showers had weak spray with no options on type of spray. General location was good but actual location of hotel was not convenient. Had to go in big circles around the busy and under construction highway, sometimes took 30 min just to go to a convenient store. Also road noise was very loud in our room.

I buy 1 night for 2 bedrooms breakfast included. At the check in no one give us a voucher for breakfast just tell us to go directly to the restaurant. Next morning at the restaurant they told us no breakfast without a voucher from the hotel, we went front desk and the person refuse to give them to us just saying there was no manager, that we need to wait for one after 10am, when there's no breakfast anymore, and that she cannot even call anyone. That she can't do nothing.
