Renovated Hotel with Prime Location The Holiday Inn Express® & Suites El Paso I-10 East is located off I-10 near the International Bridge of America and our sister city, Juarez. Being only 6 miles from the El Paso International Airport (ELP) and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, makes our location ideal for those traveling into the area. Business guests enjoy our new, modern room configuration with multiple charging ports, adjustable lighting options, and the ability to use many devices with our free, reliable HSIA. With our easy interstate access, it’s easy to visit area companies such as Del Sol Medical Center & Hospital, Amazon, Electrolux and Nexteer. After a long day at work, burn calories in our massive state of the art fitness center. After a day visiting local attractions like Blackie Chesher Park, Fort Bliss & Old Ironsides Museum, Plaza Theatre, Vista Hills Country Club or the County Sportsplex , relax in our pool and hot tub. Guests enjoy our lobby area, being able to visit with friends and family while social distancing, as well as our hot, fresh coffee. After an evening of rest in our comfortable beds with soft, plush bedding, make sure to check out our breakfast bar that includes a variety of nutritional hot and cold items to help kick start your day. Avoid this hotel

I travel frequently for work and have stayed in many Holiday Inns during my travels. The front desk check in service I received from Sarah was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel all together and this is coming from someone who does not complain.

Do not stay! Hotel is bad shape!

This hotel needs to be demolished and rebuilt. It is falling apart. They claimed the air “just went out” but reviews from months prior says it was out at that time too. Lights in the elevator didn’t work. The water in shower was scalding and hard to not burn yourself. I have asked for manager to call me, and never did. I got charged $25+/night even though I used points.. again, asked manager to call to verify it was fixed and never received a call. Towels were thin but provided fresh daily. Fridge in room didn’t work. Beds were comfortable but sheets had stains on them. Save yourself the hassle!!!

Ok the soap was hard to get out the toilet gave us problems and the walls look dirty. I have been front desk person and also cleaned rooms in my life , I think it really needs a update and better cleaning

Traveler Beware

Mold/mildew on grout in shower. Peeling and blistered paint in bathroom. Could not regulate AC fan only ( Room319). Parking lot is a disaster especially the entrance from Rt 360 . Pot holes are a foot deep. $6 for two small bottles of water whereas most rewards programs offer it for free. Won’t return until remodel is posted.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Haltom City - Ft Worth, an IHG hotel situated in Haltom City provides a smooth, efficient and engaging experience by focusing on key features that are most important to today's travelers.
