Almost no service for the demands beyond of hotel standards

Good view of Bodrum. We have not received any standard daily room service during our 3 nights stay. Towels were only changed upon request. We heard the noise of the laundry cart everyday which was quite disturbing. No sunbed provided despite our repititive requests. Vegans should be cared more by some simple products such as plant based milk.
However price was reasonable due to being off season, but that does not justify low quality level of service.

Absolutly filthy!!!

The floor in our room was very sticky when we arrived, so we did a swipe with a rag. It came up black with grime. The housekeeping came in with some squirt bottle and a swiffer, and gave it a quick swab. After they left we swiped a rag on it again and it still came up black with grime. This property is very run down and the people running it aren't very impressive either. No way we'll ever stay here again. Also don't expect to stay at a holiday inn property again if this is what they deliver.

Comfortable bed and great service

I made my reservation 45 days before my reservation date. I selected a room with 2 queen beds, with some preferred, close to the elevator and good sight. When we arrived they gave us a room with a king bed and sofa bed without sofa bags,this room s location was close to the ice machines with an interior sight.. really bad thanks anyway.

Nice hotel. Management issues.

Upon check in, there was a problem with our door and keys. It took a couple hours to finally resolve. We eventually learned that there was a note on our check in sheet that the keys needed to be programmed a specific way. This not was not followed which is why we had the issue. The lobby smelled of smoke, which I found odd in a smoke-free hotel. I later saw the evening/night manager going outside for frequent smoke breaks while standing directly in front of the entrance causing the smoke to waft into the lobby.
We requested extra pillows and towels from the night manager and these requests were not filled. However, the same requests were made in the morning and they were filled immediately.
The breakfast staff was amazing. Very helpful and accommodating. Overall the hotel is clean. I just hope that poor management doesn’t take the quality down. The suites and kitchenette option in the rooms make it great for families.

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service – Avoid at All Costs
This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had. We stayed here as a transition from our honeymoon cruise, expecting a smooth check-in—especially since my parents had paid for the hotel in advance through the app. Little did we know, this hotel doesn’t actually accept payments that way, and when we asked about providing an authorization form so my parents could pay directly, we were immediately shut down, talked down to, and treated with zero respect.
Yes, we understand that not having a credit card authorization form on file was an oversight—but that does not justify how we were treated. The front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Rather than help us find a solution, they made us feel like a burden for simply trying to pay and check in.
To make things worse, we had to use spa towels just to get by during our stay. That’s how little attention and support we were given. And as if the in-person experience wasn’t bad enough, we’ve since reached out to customer service on two separate occasions—and have never received a response. Not a call. Not an email. Nothing.
This hotel clearly has no interest in guest satisfaction or basic hospitality. If you’re looking for a place that actually values its guests and treats them with decency, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You deserve better.
