Corrected prior review on reservation made on wrong IHG account

Last week I posted a review regarding my IHG account being hacked and used to make reservations at this property. I would like to amend that review based on the service of the manager and her staff.
A reservation was made falsely using my IHG account. It turns out that the mistake was not with this hotel, but with the IHG resort time share folks. They keep attaching my IHG account to another person who has my same first and last name. We stayed at this property in 2023 and the staff and hotel were great.
This year I've been dealing with the manager of the hotel, Stephanie, about the false reservation. She and her staff have been great about securing my information and cancelling the original reservation which the IHG resort folks have said they know nothing about multiple times. IHG Resorts then re-instated the reservation under my information. Stephanie and her staff checked the reservation and my account to insure that none of my points and information were used for this stay when IHG re-instated the cancelled reservation under the wrong account for a second time.
Her and her staff have been very professional and handled this incident very well. They could have done like the IHG RESORT staff and denied making the reservation, but investigated it and found out what the issue was and the solution. True Customer Support!!

Actually enjoy my day at this hotel. The pool was very nice activity for the children to be occupied while at the hotel breakfast was very hot and tasty and coffee always ready in the morning my favorite part.

Poor quality room

When got to room there were stains on the sheets and pillow cases. The mirror in the bath was pealing off the back. The place smelled old and moldy. There was trash and old linens throughout the hallways. Our stay was to be 3 nights and we left the next morning.

THE ROOM SMELT HORRIBLE

The room stunk! Mildew smell like moldy smell, maybe something in the carpet? Right when you walk in it hits you in the face! Bathroom smelt like water that had been sitting for months!

Decent stay, especially using points

We were safe and the rooms were clean! However, the road noise was so loud, even over a white noise machine. Breakfast Monday was bare bones (bacon, boiled eggs, and cinnamon rolls were all the choices for hot breakfast, and oranges were the only fruit), but Tuesday was a feast (2 types of sausage, delicious scrambled egg whites with veggies, biscuits, gravy, cinnamon rolls, AND pancakes for hot breakfast, oranges and bananas for fruit). I'm sure it was a truck delay or supply issue or whatever other post-COVID excuse for Monday's breakfast, but there are tons of grocery stores all around!! Decent stay, especially if you're using reward points.

Beds need a cotton mattress protector. Felt like I was sleeping on plastic. Very uncomfortable and hot. Ended up sleeping with the windows open (when ten degrees outside), just so I was not uncomfortable.
