Seattle Hotel Near the Sea-Tac Airport

If you are here for a cruise, we can set up transportation upon check in.

Ok but could be better

this hotel is ok but needs better WiFi connection.
internet is slow and there are allot of dead spots in room where there is almost no connections.

one other big thing is recognition of club members, IHG use to upgrade to better room it was very common thing but now days is very few far between.

Holiday Inn® Leeds - Garforth hotel is 15 minutes drive from Leeds city centre. There's free parking, and Garforth Station, a mile and a half away, has direct lines to Leeds, York and Scarborough. The M1 motorway is close by, and Leeds Bradford Airport (LBA) is half an hour drive away.
Six miles away, in Leeds city centre, you can see jousting re-enactments at the Royal Armouries Museum or come face to face with the Leeds Tiger at the Leeds City Museum. If you prefer the countryside, you're only an hour drive from the Yorkshire Dales and North Yorkshire Moors. The hotel's 19 meeting rooms can host up to 300 delegates. The free WiFi throughout the hotel helps you keep up with work. Thorpe Park, home to IBM and Northern Foods, is just over a mile from the hotel, and the local Cross Flats Industrial Estate is also close by.
Swim in the indoor pool, work out at the Fitness Centre or unwind in the spa. The Open Lobby Restaurant serves a buffet breakfast and a full evening menu. Enjoy a nightcap beside the fire in Open Lobby Bar and Lounge or on the patio in summer. You can order snacks at any time thanks to 24-hour room service. Kids stay and eat free.

Freezing room and terrible house keeping

Whilst a good location with good facilities, unfortunately pur stay was ruined as the AC was not working and despite repeatedly contacting Reception nothing could be done. On the last day a heater was provided.
The worst bit was the housekeeping...room was not cleaned properly, rubbish left on floor, mugs not changed, bins in bathroom not emptied toilet paper tissues not replaced.
We were just tired of raising issues.
We were given a drinks and snack voucher but did not use it.
The Duty Manager was not available and we were advised we would not be charged full price and someone would call us. No one has and full payment taken.
The worst bit was the housekeeping...room was not cleaned properly, rubbish left on floor, mugs not changed, bins in bathroom not emptied toilet paper tissues not replaced.

Not worth what we paid

Pool broken, fitness center closed down, ice machine broken, pancake machine not in use. Hair left on sheets upon arrival with a used qtip on the floor. No fans in bathrooms, no bathrooms in the lobby for guests. Very disappointed for the nearly $300 we paid for 2 rooms, one night.

Ling weekend stay

Our stay was not great. The main feature is the pool which was closed for maintenance. We were offered the pool in spa, but it turned out we then had to pay to use it.

Not very clean

This hotel was run down and not very clean. The lady was friendly at check in, but did not tell us what amenities were offered (breakfast, pool hours, etc.) until I asked. Our room had stains on the sheets and stains in the bathtub. It wasn’t horrible, but didn’t look well kept. Was I about to load up my 3 kids and find another place to stay? No. Would I stay here again? Also no.

AKA Conference Attendance

My sister and I were in town attending our sorority conference. We initially planned to stay the entire weekend at the Holiday Inn. However, on the first night we were met with maintenance drilling something outside our room at midnight and there seemed to be a party going on close by as well, after reviewing signs all over the hotel regarding quiet hours from 10pm-7am. Our bathroom was also out of body wash. We requested it that evening of discovery but were told housekeeping was gone for the day. We attended our opening reception and planned to grab dinner in the hotel restaurant only to return and found it was closed early due to it being a slow night. After all of those issues and my lack of sleep from the night prior, we decided to seek a room at a near by hotel. We were able to get one and immediately moved our things there and checked in. The staff at the Holiday Inn gracious released us from our obligation for the rest of the weekend and we enjoyed our stay elsewhere.

IF I COULD RATE THEM 0 I WOULD!

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this location. I booked a room and had to walk right back out because the conditions were completely unsanitary — the room had bed bugs, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the general manager was rude and dismissive, offering no apology or solution.
I did not stay the night, and yet I was still charged $144, which I have not been refunded despite multiple calls to the hotel and IHG corporate. IHG continues to refuse responsibility, saying it's a franchise — but the Holiday Inn brand is on the building, and guests should be able to trust that name.
What makes this worse is that I’m an IHG Rewards Member, and even that meant absolutely nothing. IHG has been completely useless throughout this entire situation — no accountability, no support, and no care for loyal customers. If this is how they treat their members, I can’t imagine how they treat everyone else.
I’ll never book with them again, and I strongly suggest others avoid this brand altogether.
This has been a stressful and frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay elsewhere — your health and peace of mind aren’t worth the risk.
