Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Pratt Kansas is the largest and one of the newer and more modern hotels in the area. Our beautiful 100% non smoking hotel is conveniently located off Highway 54 / 400 and Highway 61.
Our hotel is a favorite with the many local and national energy companies such as Nextera, Basic Energy Group, Oneok and others who enjoy our facilities and outstanding customer service. Our location is convenient to Oil, Gas and Wind Farm projects and the project managers and subcontractors find our location a perfect base of operations.
Our hotel is in close proximity to Pratt Community College, home of the Miss Kansas Pageant, and is 1.2 miles from historic downtown Pratt. Enjoy close proximity to local attractions including Pratt Historical Museum, Lemon Park, Green Sports Complex, KDWP Nature Education Center, Barron Theater and the B-29 All Veterans Memorial.

Hotel is in POOR condition!

Paid extra for a Queen suit and the bathroom sink was broken and hanging down, No TOILET paper, bathroom tiles were broken, dirt and hair in the corners of the bathroom, disgusting yellow grout around the tub, large hole in the wall by the hot tub, hot tub had broken tiles you could cut yourself, pool had cracked tiles and needed a cleaning. The hotel Queen suit and amenities are in very POOR condition and needs to be upgraded! This Queen suit should never have been rented we were totally ripped off!!!!

Mauvaise expérience

J'avais réserver ma chambre quelque mois à l'avance afin d'être certaine d'avoir deux lit queens. Arriver surplace, on m'a donnée une chambre avec un lit King et un divan lit, aucun préavis et on me mentionne qu'on ne chargera pas de frais supplémentaire pour le changement. Le divan-lit offert dans les chambres est d'une qualité inacceptable pour penser que quelqu'un peut dormir sur cela. Résultats, la personne n'a pas dormi de la nuit et que dire du bruit pendant la nuit. Seule consolation, on nous as offert le déjeuner gratuit pour le lendemain. Comme je me rend à Gatineau pour les compétitions de ma fille à chaque année, j'irai assurément ailleurs la prochaine fois. Vraiment décevant quand on prend la peine de réserver plusieurs mois à l'avance.

Convenient close to EZE - Noisy

Very convenient hotel to stopover close to EZE airport.
Really bad: that was a party inside the hotel or Conference room use for that purpose, with very high noise until more than 3 am.
Impossible to rest.
A recommendation to IHG Staff is to assign rooms farther to the party Salons, by the end of the alley with rooms.

WORST SERVICE & STAY EVER

Rooms were filthy, found 3 spiders on bed and 1 baby spider on pillow. They moved me to another room to find me fixing the toilet every time I flushed it. Water in tank never filled so I had to lift and stop it every time. Manager Maxine was not by far courteous enough to say I’m sorry, but she gave me a whopping $8 discount for my troubles. Can you believe that!!! Stating my rate was $89 dollars, what in the heck does that have to do with me having a miserable time there. This hotel is filthy, needs renovations throughout out and needs desperately a new Manager that has customer service skills. Never will my Team nor any coworkers stay here again.

Loud, uncomfortable, unwelcoming

Our room was right next to the elevator on the 2nd floor. We could hear every beep plus people's conversations right outside our door. I'd be potentially nervous to stay right near the airport for noise. But we never heard a plane. All the noises inside the room were way too loud! The refrigerator fan was loud and the fan in the heater would make such a jarring and loud noise, it sounded like a jet engine in the room. I wasn't recognized as being an IHG member and the staff barely made eye contact let alone said anything other than my room number and asking for my cc.

Unclean and cold breakfast

When we arrived, it was late. Was checked in quickly. When we got to our room/suite, the room wasn’t cleaned to IGH standards. The microwave has good pieces in it, there was a used wash clothe in the bathroom, hairs in the bathtub.
In the morning I went down to get breakfast and the egg white omelets weren’t warm or finished cooking, and there weren’t regular eggs.
We’ve stayed in better Holiday inn expresses.

Awful sound spill

The hotel do not give you an option for a quiet room, despite the fact that most of the rooms overlook Gunwharf Quays shopping outlet which has lots of bars that stay open until 3am. The noise during the night was dreadful, even with the window closed. The aircon in our room was broken and we were provided a little desk top fan however it meant that we couldn’t open the window to let fresh air in because the noise from the bars / clubs was so terrible.

Just okay!

The lady checking us in was not friendly at all. Like we were bothering her as she had her phone in hand. Breakfast was ok however no microwave to warm up oatmeal. Coffee was empty and had to ask for it to be filled. Lots of things not kept up on. Room was big and comfy. It was a place to lay our heads.

A letdown

We had a baseball tournament and I wanted to stay somewhere close to the ballpark just in case we had some early/late games. Looking back, I wish I had just driven home. I was hassled by the front desk clerk about using a coupon code and then was denied it and charged more than the rate that was agreed upon. As a Silver Elite member, it was strange to get hassled over using the code we use every dingle time, and then him saying something like "well, I'll have to charge you extra." Just not a good look to treat your returning customers like they are trying to cheat the system or something. I walked away from that experience thinking that my patronage was not appreciated and as a status member, that doesn't seem like a very good business model. I'd steer clear of this property.
