Dishonest Clerk

I frequested a handicap room with a roll in shower due to being in. a wheelchair and noted this on my reservation, when i arrived at hotel i was told the elevators were out and woulod have to be moved downstairs to another room which was fine until i see the bathroom is not handicap . i call the front desk and am told nothing else can be done. Never did the clerk mention the back elevator worked nor did i know there was one ujntil the manager i spoke to next morning informed me the clerk said it was my idea to switch rooms no mam why would i do that i complained and clerk covers up with a lie really !! im outraged over it i had to go down the hall and be pushed in lobby bathroom not very acceptable on my part

Very high priced

Very high priced for staying there one night and not being able to get a crib/playpen when asked. Then we wake up the next morning to go eat breakfast to find bags filled with one tiny muffin, a 1/2 cup of orange juice and 1/2 cup of mixed fruit filled with high fructose corn syrup. No hot breakfast because of covid rules. But you can make your own coffee downstairs which to me doesn’t make a bit of sense. Stayed in jonesboro for half the price at ai very nice the next night and had a wonderful stay with a hot breakfast. Not worth time or money on this holiday inn.

Clean, Friendly but that's it

So disappointed with IHG on this Holiday Inn Express. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean, but the age and smell of the entire building was disheartening. The AC unit was so loud and rattling during the night, sleep was not comfortable. The smell of the hallways and rooms will keep me from recommending this hotel.

Horrible place to stay and try to sleep!

This hotel is in a bad area, drug deals happening right outside, other tenants having parties, the staff seems to have an attitude about everything, poor services over all, the rooms are not comfortable, sink and shower leaks all night, not highly recommended for anyone!

Worst Stay Ever!

Easily the worst hotel stays ever in my travelling history and I've stayed at many different properties across the world. Here are the reasons why:
1) Booking- I booked my stay with points for a different location( Water St) which was cancelled to this property. After several follow ups, they were able to verify this so called "Transfer". I I was told later they might have cancelled my original reservation and wont be surprised if the reservation is not found! Confirmation# 49413260
2) Check-in- I am not even sure the person that checked me in was an IHG employee. Wore a hoodie, no greeting, let alone a smile. No badges or uniform. Didn't even greet for being a member. No preferences for staying or summarizing the length of stay.
3) Stay- Pathetic room! The room floor had hair all over. Room had a coffee maker but no cups, coffee pods or Sugar packets. I asked them to provide complimentary toothpaste/toothbrush and the FD staff denied saying they don't have it! More interestingly Wi-fi services weren't working due to "technical problems". I understand housekeeping is restricted due to COVID but I am also aware that you are supposed to at least provide fresh towels/wash-clothes and toiletries.
4) Check-out- Nobody was available at check out, let alone someone to take a feedback!
Overall, very very disappointed with the services at the property and very surprised IHG even allowing such properties to be a part of their franchise! Again, COVID has affected everyone and hotels are no exception, but then a customer deserves a basic stay that is comfortable and worth the amount of money spent. I am only writing this review to ensure other customers are served a bit better, if possible.

When you come to Midland, Texas we know you have many options when it comes to lodging and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to earn your business.

Ich hatte ein Meeting mit einem Kollegen.
Die Rezeption verlangte eine schriftliche Anmeldung meines Kollegen.
Als ich sagte dass wir nur ein Meeting haben und mein Gast NICHT übernachten wird, wurde trotzdem eine Anmeldung verlangt.
Der fall wurde von der Rezeption so arrogant behandelt, ich fühlte mich in dem Moment als ein Schwerverbrecher.
Auf meine Bitte mit dem Hotelmanager zu sprechen wurde ich abgewimmelt.
Beim Check In wurden die lokale Regeln nicht erklärt.
Ich bin seit der letzten 2,5 Monaten in Dubai und überwiegend in IHG Hotels, aber so eine unverschämten Umgang mit dem Gast habe ich noch nie erlebt.
Diese Haus werde ich meiden und es anderen nicht empfehlen.

Holiday Inn is moments from I-70 and I-65, and 15 minutes from Indianapolis International Airport.
Feel like family with the staff at Holiday Inn Indianapolis Downtown and let our hotel become home away from home while visiting the area to take in a game at the Lucas Oil Stadium, the Gainbridge Field House, Victory Field, or the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Champs, our on-site restaurant where kids eat free, is open daily for breakfast and dinner. Our guest rooms are equipped with modern amenities and all include a mini-refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Our indoor swimming pool and gym are available complimentary for all guests, as well as Wi-Fi throughout the building. Flexible meeting space is also available for small business, corporate, or special event gatherings, accommodating 60 guests.

When we first got there the two ladies were kind. When we went to our room on the first floor it looked clean but old and worn but clean but then when I went into the rest room. The tub had dirt in the bottom and the toilet still had some fecal matter in it. So the housekeeper had completely missed the bathroom? We went out and told this to the girl at the desk and she kind of wanted to argue with me and said “it’s probably just rust’ well I said umm I’m pretty sure it’s dirty. She then said well housekeeping have all gone home. Would you like another room? Umm I would think so! This room was on the 4th floor when we got in the elevator a person got off and we thought we got high from the marajuiana smoke in the elevator. We got to our room and it was clean enough. Through all this the bed was comfortable. We left to meet people for dinner. When we returned someone had vomited right out Sid our door on the other side of the hall way and thrown a towel over it. We considered checking out but we were tired. The next morning we were out at about 9am to meet people for breakfast and the vomit was still there. We were gone until about 10pm and stayed even though we didn’t want to. Got up and left early. That was our experience. If I had to do over I would have checked out and gone to another hotel in the beginning.
