Holiday Inn Express® London - Earl's Court hotel is a 15-minute stroll from Olympia London exhibition centre and a five-minute walk from West Kensington and West Brompton Tube stations , where trains whisk you into central London in about 20 minutes. Have stayed many times at this venue. Always super clean and comfortable rooms.,stafff team are helpful and friendly with a can do attitude. And they have added bacon to the breakfast menu! Proving they do listen to customers. Will be back again next month. Thanks.le

Short walk from the tube in West Kensington. Ideally sited for a city theatre trip. Clean comfy room. Good internet access. Only slight issue was at breakfast. Items ran out quickly as hotel very busy. Staff replenished stock but we're unable to keep up with the demand and queues, resulting in a very fractured and hassled experience.

Third stay at Hotel Indigo, St George Rome.
Located on a charming street that is central to everything, this hotel is perfect. Staff is helpful and courteous, all needed services provided, and excellent food. I would and will stay again.

Hotelbetten sind sehr hart. Frühstück wirklich sehr mager und einfach. Nichts besonderes zu erwarten. Für das tolle schöne Hotel unter aller Würde.
Zwei sorten Brötchen, zwei Sorten Wurst (Kochschinken, Salami), zwei Sorten Käse. Extrem harte Eier, die mir den ganzen Tag schwer im Magen lagen. Zwei sorten Joghurt, eine Schale mit Obst für den Joghurt, Kornfleks, Marmelade da gibt es schon mal mindestens 4 Sorten zur Auswahl. keine Rühreier, kein Speck. Kaffee aus dem Automaten der schmeckt nach Kaffeepulver aus der Tüte.
Der letzte Eindruck vom Frühstück macht das Hotel zu nichte, so das man es nicht wieder buchen möchte. Wer ein besseres Frühstück haben möchte, der sollte dann das Holiday Inn buchen. Preis und Leistung mit Frühstücksqualität sind um weiten besser.

vielen Dank für Ihren Aufenthalt in unserem Haus und das Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, Ihren Eindruck an andere Gäste mitzuteilen.
Was ich nicht verstehen kann, dass Sie Ihre Meinung nun bereits auf dem dritten Bewertungsportal kundtun, nachdem Sie bereits mit dem Hotelmanagement gesprochen haben. Meine Stellvertreterin hatte Ihnen bereits am Montag am Telefon erklärt, dass wir als Teil einer Hotelgruppe an gewisse Vorgaben gebunden sind, was das Angebot und die Ausstattung des Hauses angeht und dass wir es sehr bedauern, dass wir Ihre Erwartungen im Bereich des Frühstück nicht erfüllen konnten.
Ausserdem finde ich es sehr schade, dass Sie bei Ihrer Bewertung unser Frühstücksangebot nicht so darstellen, wie es wirklich ist.
