Welcome to Crowne Plaza Milan-Malpensa Airport, your first-choice hotel close to Milan Malpensa airport with parking, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and 10 meeting rooms.
All the rooms are soundproofed and equipped with: Wi-Fi internet access, smart LCD TV, complimentary bottle of water, tea and coffee facilities, safety box, iron with iron board and a private bathroom with bathtub and hair dryer. No triple rooms available, no extra bed. It is possible to book connecting rooms suitable for families or groups up to 4 people.
Our free shuttle bus from/to Malpensa airport is available every day, 24 hours, at scheduled time. Please contact reception to book a seat at preferred time.
You can enjoy a drink or relax in our Bar I Celti. Internal restaurant La Brughiera is open for breakast from 05:00 am to 10:00 am, lunch every day from 12:30 pm to 14:00 and dinner every evening from 19:00 to 22:30

服务人员服务到位，房间热水和暖气有问题。
另外早餐一般，服务也一般，服务员大声说笑。
房间内的家具比较陈旧了，就住一晚也没有很多大要求，但是热水和暖气确实影响了睡眠质量。对酒店的豪华程度有点失望，和中国的皇冠比这一家也就是个快捷酒店的水准

Welcoming Madrid hotel, near Urtinsa Industrial Estate and Alcoron station, with free WiFi and breakfast included
Located next to the A5 motorway, Holiday Inn Express® Alcorcon offers free on-site parking . Alcorcon train station is a 10-minute walk away, and several metro stations and bus stops are within an easy stroll, getting you to central Madrid in no time. So i booked this hotel because of the 5k pointsbreak. I wasn't expecting much as it is a holiday inn express but there are some flaws to this property. Their king size bed is super small, i think its a full size. Our first room the door room casing literally fell off lol we had to move to a different room and that includes the non working heater too. The room that we moved to was pretty much the same lay out.
Ok so the good points. It as a very affordable hotel and with the 5k points not bad at all. The train is 7minutes walk i think. Close to a shopping center for shopping. Not much good restos in the area though, except for the one beside the property. Will we stay here again? Probably no and yes. Yes if it was a pointsbreak and their staff named Catalina. She is one the best front desk staff i have ever encountered on our travels. She always have a solution to our concerns. She even lend us her own heater in the office so my 20mos old baby won't freeze. She is very helpful and friendly really genuine personality. I think IHG should look into her performance and promote her to a manager or even higher role.
I am a business owner as well and for me, personality is something you cant teach to anybody. So if you have this and you are a hardworker then you are special.
So yes please promote her! So all the staff will follow her work ethics :)

Holiday Inn® Brussels Schuman hotel, set in a quiet road, is a 2-minute walk from Schuman Metro station and brings you to the city centre within 15 minutes. Schuman Train Station, a 7 minutes' walk, offers direct train links to Brussels Airport every 30 minutes. To do so, take the IC2510 train to Namur & Dinant and get off at Brussels-Schuman station. Great friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms up to the usual excellent Holiday Inn standards. Just wish the Holiday Inn chain would improve the choice at breakfast. Standard scrambled egg and sausages is the offering at Holiday Inn expresses. Would really up thier game if they were to go crazy and offer bacon and poached eggs as well.

Parking is off site and a fair walk away, especially in cold and wet, there is no restaurant at the hotel either which is poor

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, given our city centre location, our hotel does not have on site car parking. Instead, we have an arrangement with a facility a short 2-3 min walk from the hotel where our guests can enjoy discounted parking during their stay. As a Holiday Inn Express hotel, we aren't equipped with all the same facilities that you would often find in a full service hotel, however we still aim to provide a high level of service alongside a clean and comfortable bedroom with breakfast included. I very much hope we get the opportunity to welcome you back again soon.

Stayed here for 1 night as it was close to Palace theatre where I was going.
The hotel staff were very friendly and check in was fast and efficient.
The room was clean and comfortable and we had a very good
sleep.
The breakfast was disappointing. There was a very poor choice of
hot food. There was only scrambled egg sausage and beans!!.
Overall the stay here was ok but spoilt by the breakfast experience.

Good place if you have to stay out of Luzern, no gym and poor breakfast. Recently refuebished with new rooms.
