Petronas Twin Tower and Kuala Lumpur City Center is a pleasant 40 minutes drive - but you can easily do business in the hotel thanks to free Wi-Fi and a 24 hour Business Center, along with a smart boardroom and spectacular ballroom for 500 guests. Nice and quiet hotel

This is my second stay at this hotel with my family. One of the reason that I choose this hotel as it gives VIP treatment to IHG member which was felt from the moment we checked in till we left. As spire member, I got free room upgrade. The hotel is nice and quiet and perfect for family time.

スタッフの素晴らしい対応

どんなにいい部屋でもスタッフに失望させられた経験が何度もありますが、こちらのホテルではそうしたことは一度もありません。
福岡にはきれいで広いホテルはいくらでもありますが、ここには安心感があります。

唯一不満があるとすれば、ジムの器具が旧式なものが多いということぐらいです。

Luggage mishandled.

When I signed into the hotel WIFI, I filled out the on-line survey. I mentioned the slow delivery of my bags to my room EVERY TIME I use this hotel. Immediately, your manager phoned my room to apologize for the slow service.
The next thing that happened is that your bellman arrives at my room to deliver the gray bag that I was holding downstairs in your storage!?.
CLEARLY, you folks have issues with your curb-to-room baggage handling. IF I ever stay at your hotel again, I will handle my bags myself. Your bellmen's method of grabbing and swarming like sharks when customers are trying to unload or load their bags to/from the taxi IS NOT HELPFUL! Case in point: my bag got left behind!
I do thank you for stepping-up and using DHL to send me my bag to me.
At one point your staff phoned my room to ask if they could come to my door even though I had do-not-disturb sign up!! HOW DISTURBING!!
BTW, You did a POOR JOB of recognizing me as an Aspire Elite member upon check-in.

The room actually good. Overall the hotel is good. Just the parking thats sucks. Thats it
