Okay for an early flight from DXB

Convenient for airport and functional if you have an early flight. They have a shuttle which is good and breakfast was good for an HIE.
Hotel is gettting tired and service was not great. Do not recognise IHG Rewards (Spire Elite) at all, was told this at checkin, was told other hotels do this but not them. Got my points but nothing else.
They convert currencies for you and strangely they have rates for "Scottish Pound" and "Sterling Pound" - 2 different currencies apparently, the front desk were adamant this was the case! See photo, sterling is worth slightly more than the Scottish Pound!

Mi estancia en el hotel durante 20 dias fue muy agradable y todo el personal me brindo una cordial atencion en todo momento. La habitacion tiene una cama muy comoda y el servicio de te y cafe es una gran idea. El desayuno es muy variado y abundante. La limpieza es muy buena. El traslado del hotel al aeropuerto es un excelente servicio. Quiero agradecer a todos por la ayuda que siempre me dieron ya que viaje sola.

Booked non-smoking room but guess what?

We booked for non-smoking room but got a room with a disgusting smell.
Booked for room with extra bed for one kid, no one fix the extra bed.. No bed sheet , no extra pillows etc. At 1 am in the night and your room was not set-up! So tired and upset!!
Unfortunately, we had already booked our last stay on 8 january 2017 as well so we had no choice to give this hotel a one more chance. I wrote to them about this poor service after my stay on 30 november. Not to ask about compensation and we didn't get any compensations anyway. I Just want to make sure it won't happen again when we get back on 8 January and MR manager sent me an email to promise this poor service won't happen again but guess what! Still no extra bed, no extra pillows or anything at all!
PS : The restaurant stuffs didn't look so friendly.

Good base for stopover sightseeing

Awesome resort !

This property is probably one of the best in Pattaya. The kids loved the 3 swimming pools. The food @ in-room dining was awesome. Breakfast buffets had a wide spread and especially nice due to very friendly staff. I would love to stay again at this property.
