Reception desk staff

I really do think that in a hotel of this international standard the staff on the front desk should speak good English. We found that the staff on duty while we were there a very poor standard of English and it seemed many guests had difficulty having their questions understood.
Staff did not seem to know much about the locality either and were u able to understand what the guests were asking them about,.

Great stay in Danang

We loved staying at the Intercontinental in Danang. The accommodation was superb, with great views over the bay. It is a beautiful resort with lovely tropical gardens and great architecture. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would love to go back.

Great view am definitely fun pools.

Great place for a family vacation. It offers a great view of the bay. The kids eat free program was nice. The infinity pools were very enjoyable. My kids enjoyed the fuseball and air hockey tables.

Convenietly located stopover hotel

Frequently travelling through Dubai, with both legs of the trip being intercontinental (7-13 hour flights), I really appreciate Holiday Inn Express at Dubai Airport. Whenever the transit time is beyond a few hours, and at night, then this hotel is my location of choice for getting a good rest and refreshing myself.

New Resort on the Dead Sea:Views with service

Crowne Plaza is a new resort on the Dead Sea in Jordan.Previously i have stayed at Kempinssky and Movenpick.The Crowne plaza scores over the other resorts as it is more modern It is also better constructed ,as in that the views are much better and access to the Dead sea is easier.The Dead sea rooms series 5 are very good as have beautiful views The beach is much nicer than in other resorts The spa wet areas are spectacular esp the hydrotherapy pool and Dead sea water pool.The lifeguards are very good and take special care As a disabled person,i found this particularly touching The resort has great restauranats and a comprehensive kids centre,All in all I would highly recommend same.
