Absolutely loved my wonderful stay here I would certainly come back and recommend this beautiful place to everyone. The staff were friendly and really made me feel welcome. The rooms were spacious with lovely outlooks and loved the cleopatra baths! Thank you for making and fantastic stress free relaxing stay.

Our recent stay at the Intercontinental Fiji was just amazing, hotel location is great, the beach is really nice at high tide and still fun for gathering shells and walk during low tide, service by all the staff is really friendly and exceeding my expectations. Rooms at Intercontinental Club are amazing, plunge pool was the way to go for my young kids to enjoy all day. Manager of the Club Intercontinental is exceptionally accommodating to our requests and need during our stay. Thank you very much !!!! Should be returning soon... Vinaka !!!

Sent and wrote before in the survey Room is excellent. Outlets are great but prices are in the sky. Front Desk are supper except one Blond hair gentleman. Concierge were more than professional and very helpfull to the extreme. Bell Captian are lovely people other than not getting me the news papers that are supper. Mohamed in the Italian terrace was a great hospital person making me watch the Tennis final which was not 9n the list of chanels and again with the help of yassin in the concierge. Thank you interested conti for the great stay.

The room size is big compared to other hotel in Japan. Very convenient location for shopping and food, only few steps away for public transportation, and there's variety choice in breakfast buffet. Hotel provides car to airport bus station which is a plus. We love everything from this hotel and definitely will be back.

Front staffs and club lounge staffs privided very kind support. I visited Bangkok several times per year, but it's first time to stay at Crown plaza. Sorry. I think I will stay at Crown plaza from now on. Your hotel kindness and hospitality are deeply appreciated.
