I noticed that if people are waiting, it doesn't matter which staff, but they will all ask if you need help and actually assist you without passing you on to someone else.

タヒチアンディナーショーもフレンチレストランでのディナーも想像以上によかった。何よりもタヒチの自然を十分楽しめるホテルです。広大な敷地も綺麗に手入れが行き届いていました。１日中海を見てのんびり過ごす事ができました。

Wonderful staff, great facilities

While in Suva on. Usiness. I found the Holiday Inn, Suva to be exactly what I was looking for. The room was ideal the facilities were excellent and most of all the staff were outstanding. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and the quality of service was exceptional. The location of the hotel is ideal, being close to the centre of Suva, but across from the beautiful park and backing on to the ocean. I would certainly recommend this hotel for business or leisure. I will certainly be back.

Great Staff

Loved being pampered as an IHG member by the great Front Desk Team. Room was excellent, loved the décor. Bed was comfortable and the best was to see the pillow cases labelled whether it was soft or firm.

Had made a special request for an upstairs room but was checked into a ground floor room but this location was great as well so all good.

Just on the cleaning end, bathroom shower area needs to be cleaned out well.

Thank you for the late checkout. Needed that.

Would definitely be back to try out other facilities.
