Courteous Efficient and Friendly Staff

The experience was great right from the time of first contact for booking when the actions were taken promptly and reservations confirmed. The service and facilities were clearly spelt out and facilities were extended beyond the standard timing. The reception was warm and welcoming. The cuisine was excellent and local variety was really top notch.
The stay was excellent, regret that the stay was short. Hoping to enjoy the facility is near future. Will definitely want my friends too to experience it :)

いつも変わらず快適

部屋とクラブラウンジがとても快適です。あえて言えば、アフタヌーンティは月替わり、日替わりなのに対してイブニングタイムのアラカルトメニューや軽食がほぼ同じなので、月替わりくらいで変化があればなあと思います。ナイトキャップもカクテルタイムの一部をそのまま残してるだけの印象なので、もう少し工夫があるといいなと思います。今回、ルームサービスがラグジュアリーホテルに相応しい味、内容、質、サービスで、すごく良かったのでまた利用したいと思いました。

午前6時のジムワーク→スパ

スタッフ常駐時間前にウエアをレンタルしてジムを使用したくフロントに連絡。スムーズに快く利用をさせてもらった。そのままスパへ流れたが導線も違和感なく、スタッフのご案内も丁寧。タオルが不足することもなく、また、常時メンテをスタッフが行っているためか浴室外の足ふきマットですら他人の濡らした形跡もなく快適そのもの。（早朝だったこともあると思いますが）贅沢をしに行ったのでとても満足だった。装飾や設備が豪華絢爛であることも悪いとは言わないが、こういった基本的なことの質が高いことが贅沢の極みだな、と感じた。

羽田空港からのアクセスが良く、雨の日でも安心してチェックインできる。歩くのが苦手な私にも快適な出張が約束される。ただ宿泊するだけではもったいないほどリラックスできるホテルです。

Comfortable hotel in good location

Very pleasant room with a great view over the city. Shame that there isn't a bar with a city view. Very helpful staff. The location is great if you are flying into/out of Haneda but still want good access to the city on public transport.

３度目の宿泊になりますが、今回アンバサダー会員に
入会したため当日の予約にもかかわらず部屋をアップグレードしていただきました。
チェックアウトも午後４時までなのでとてもゆっくりできました。
また次回も利用したいと思います。
