Had an excellent stay. The hotel is difficult to identify from front. However Google navigation is accurate. Plenty of restaurants around .

Had a wonderful stay at this property .. Stayed here before on few occasions and always had a wonderful experience .. Very courteous staff .. Would name a few though security Neeta .. Front desk Anosh, Ravi, Sharath, Priya .. From Mosaic Sanjeev was too too good then Ajay, Raunak, Shiv and the entire team at Mosaic .. Thank you all and see u guys soon .. Take care and bye for now

礼儀正しく親切なサービスと素晴らしい朝食

スタッフは皆、礼儀正しく、印象がいいです。館内も部屋も新しく快適です。朝食の海鮮丼サービスも素晴らしいです。もう少しマメに補充してもらえると嬉しいです。改善点は、１点目、浴室のシャワーカランが旧型のため、温度調整が難しいです。新しいものに変えて欲しいです。２点目はウェルカムドリンクの使えるロビーラウンジの営業時間が限定されているので、ペットボトルのドリンクなどにも変えられるオプションなどにもして欲しいです。３点目は消臭スプレーを部屋に常備して欲しいです。お願いすれば、持ってきていただけますが、初めから常備しておいて頂ければ便利です。総合して素晴らしいホテルなので、金沢訪問の際にはまた利用したいと思っています。

Our house keeping team are doing deep carpet shampoo and cleaning thoroughly while placing air fresheners in air condition grills, their trying very hard to get rid of the room odor. this excise is ongoing for further improvement in making our rooms more pleasant and comfortable for our guests.
