Disappointing experience overall. Each stay feels like a struggle—whether it’s requesting an upgrade, securing a late checkout, or dealing with unpredictable daily rate changes. Despite being a returning guest, you’re treated as if it’s your first visit. Any concerns raised with the front desk are deflected with generic responses like “management instructions” or “hotel policy.” It’s clear from numerous other complaints and negative reviews that these issues are ongoing, yet nothing seems to change. Without hesitation, I can say this is the worst IHG property I’ve encountered.
