No, I do not recommend this property.
I booked the rooms for me and my guest but due to the incompetence and unfriendliness of the staff, we were very much inconvenient. We were willing to pay for the rooms cost but the staff went ahead to block a deposit on our cards, though we were willing to pay the full amount of the rooms as were checking in. This delayed the access of the monies in the cards of 799 Euros thouogh the cost for the rooms were only round about 346€ . Terrible feeling! Nevertheless Best regards and I am hoping you will address this. I also saw and experience that many clients were complaining about the same issue of charging deposits though people were willing to pay for their stay with argument that this was the policy of the hotel during fairs/exhibitions time. The hotel should not inconvenience the customers at their own expense and inconveniences of other clients experiences! It is unfair.
