Stroll through the grand lobby with sweeping staircase and collect the key to your spacious room or suite at ANA Crowne Plaza Chitose. While we take care of your luggage, you can confirm your tee-off time on the golf course. Then head to our 11th-floor Astral bar to celebrate your arrival with a seasonal cocktail and sweeping city views.
ANA Crowne Plaza Chitose is in the centre of Chitose just 15 minutes by taxi from New Chitose Airport. We're 7 minutes’ walk from JR Chitose rail station, where you can reach Sapporo, Hokkaido's capital, in 30 minutes. This is golfing country and you'll find 30 golf courses within half an hour's drive.
Let our Crowne Events Director arrange all the details and host a stunning reception or successful conference for up to 600 in our 8 meeting rooms. Exquisite Japanese cuisine featuring seasonal Hokkaido ingredients is on the menu at Haskap and Fujihana restaurants. 房间比较舒适，床铺也很整洁，周围交通比较方便，工作人员的服务态度很好，美中不足之处是早餐欠佳。另外，前台位于19楼感觉很奇怪。如果我们刚进酒店就能看见前台比较好。

服務人員毫無熱忱

辦理入住時，承辦人員英文完全不行，預約隔天的機場免費接駁，同行有一個八歲及一個四歲孩童，一開始一直堅持另兩位孩童要用抱的，後來溝通了好久才願意給三個位置（當時明明還有空位，不是採取先預約就先有位置的嗎？三歲孩童用抱的我覺得合理，八歲小孩要怎麼抱？）入住時也不告知免費wifi用法，也不說明如何上樓，反正種種的服務態度，令人覺得這是一家很差勁的飯店！

酒店位置太偏僻，交通不方便，前台只会简单几句中文。积分兑换的不含早餐很是不理解。房间是一楼带泳池的，房间很大很舒适。酒店内部环境非常好，但周边吃饭的地方很少。迈考海滩不错。

都心のホテルのため、少し狭いテーブルだが明るい室内で良かった

きれいな部屋と寝心地の良いベッド。
ビジネス利用でしたが、家族旅行でもまた滞在したいと思います。
クラウンプラザ系列ホテルには何度か宿泊していますが、
こちらは自分の中でかなり上位にランク入りしました。

位置不错，服务一流

酒店离市中心距离不远，坐地铁也比较方便，酒店后门出去就是一个shoppingmall。酒店对于入住时间要求比较严格，前台表示尽量努力在2点把房间准备好。
