Kids club not good

We came here to from Doha local to spend some quality time and relax. It was very cold outside so we could go out side. There was nothing indoor for the kids. very small kids club was available for two hours only. No indoor swimming pool for families/kids

Thank you for the review and for informing us regarding your dissatisfaction on the Kids Club. Apparently, the hotel does not have a kids club but we do provide kids play area both indoor and outdoor. Our indoor kids play area is attended by our certified kids attendant and kids can play and enjoy while parents are dining in any of our outlets. We appreciate your feedback and we'll definitely review your comments to further improve our services.

Great Hotel

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Room was excellent however pillows were terrible. I should have asked for them to be changed but did not so not the hotels fault.
Only negative was that the bar and coffee lounge were just too smoke filled. As a non smoker they were no go areas which is a shame.
