もともとは駅前のホテルという理由で選択していましたが、立地以外の点でも選んで正解でした！
金沢ではおいしいものをいただきましたが、ホテルの朝食でも金沢らしい食材や料理があり、楽しめました。
部屋の広さも問題なく、室内着やバスローブがあって便利でした。

Friendly, cordial staff and great service during entire 5 day stay.
Comfortable room and relaxing lounge areas indoor and outdoor.
Breakfast buffet had very good variety and pleasant seating area to start the day.

The Yokohama Cup Noodle Museum is just a five minute walk away. レセプションスタッフの方もラウンジスタッフの方もすごく親切で心地よい時間が過ごせました。
ですが…
客室の掃除の雑さにガッカリしました。
トイレットペーパーが使いかけのまま（１つは三角に折ってあり、もう片方はチギッた後がある状態）だったのと
水回りの水垢のあとやテレビ台の足元付近に飲み物の飛び散り汚れもあり
他のグループホテルでは見たことの無い状態でした。
ですが…
客室の掃除の雑さにガッカリしました。

繁華街が近く、夕食 に行くにも便利です。
室内はリニューアルされており、古さを感じません。

Over the Top Customer Service and Cleanliness

Wow. This is a model hotel that others should follow! The location within Yokohama next to Queen's Square, shopping, food, transportation, is awesome too. This hotel's staff goes out of their way to be helpful. You won't want to stay anywhere else while you visit. If you stay here, you'll come back.
