Top Location with Top Class Service

Must be the best location in Adelaide. Immediately outside are trains, trams, busses - rental car depots across the street. Adelaide Oval, and other riverbank conference centres, museums, theatres all within 5 minutes walk. Location matched by staff who clearly reflect a commitment to hiring, training and keeping people with a genuine service mindset. Have stayed in many hotels around the World in recent years - this is right up there with the very best. Take a Club Room and benefit from the access to the private lounge - well worth the extra. Room a little 'tired', reflecting era hotel built, but kept spotless by housekeeping staff, with good bathroom fittings and supplies of quality towels and toiletries.

Poor service, noisy, smoky and no-one cares - avoid

To have a non-smoking room smelling strongly of smoke is unacceptable. Then to be told that it is not possible to move rooms is even worse.
No heating in the room.
Poor service in dining areas.
Staff who apparently don't care - yes, you get the "very sorry sir" but nobody actually DOES anything...
And they can't even get the laundry right!
Noise outside the room from the hallway makes it impossible to sleep. Awful.
Not good - sorry!

其他都挺好的
只有以下几点：

总是不能补充备品，每天都少一些东西，需要反复打电话索要；wifi非常不稳定，几乎每天都需要让工作人员维修，每次马上就能修好（好像就是重启一次设备）但是第二天还要再来一次，实在是非常烦恼；每天房间收拾的非常晚，出去玩了一圈后房间还是没有收拾（虽然打开了please clean the room的灯）；早餐嘈杂，服务严重跟不上。

warm greetings from staff

For international tourists you doing good when they are going to chk in. but for local we have to ask for welcome drink and we have 5 people in group we get just 2 welcome drink. Before we check in we requested to check-in earlier but our room is not ready yet. staff said another room will be ready in 30 minutes. a point is we have another thing to do you can tell us if take time more than that it fine . we need to know a time how long we should wait for do another think. finally we said we will go to swimming pool is a room ready please let us know. keypoint is when you promise with a customer please make sure you can make it happen. otherwise it not first impression to meet you.
