nice hotel, horrible smell, annoying staff

this hotel looks great from the outside, but there is a lot lacking. staff should handle situations better and not suffocate the guests. I don't want the food they suggest, I don't need a check up call every day. Just let me be. I left this hotel a month early for a local competitor, and it is a huge improvement

Die gro e Auswahl an Speisen wie z.B. gegrillte Meeresspezialit ten auf der Au enpoolterrasse mit Blick auf Uhuru Park l sst keine kulinarischen W nsche offen. Von Luxuseinkaufszentren bis hin zu Massai-M rkten ist f r jeden Shoppinggeschmack etwas geboten. Der Nairobi-Nationalpark erm glicht einen Einblick in die Tierwelt Afrikas.

Holiday Inn Safa Park

Poor hotel, lets down the Holiday Inn name.
Room tired, carpet dirty, bathroom ceiling cracked, air conditioning had to be turned off at night, humming noise made it impossible to sleep.

Comfortable bed and bedding, but the whole experience was let down by the

As previous the location is excellent and the staff on the whole were extremely helpful, but the experience was tainted by the overall poor state of cleanliness or lack of, basic things like the first room had human hairs in the bath floor and sink also quite items and areas dusty
The dining room furniture particularly chairs and chair legs were dirty and dusty
