InterContinental Hua Hin Resort blends Eastern and Western design heritages set alongside sparkling gulf waters for a truly alluring destination. Two accommodation wings feature spacious rooms and suites as well as a swimming pool at each wing. Resort-wide facilities and amenities include a spa, a fitness centre, versatile event spaces and wide-ranging food and drink venues. Club InterContinental accommodation level, meanwhile, provides guests with more benefits and highly personalised service.

Poor service

Food in restaurant terrible! Had to send it back and we never do this. Had multiple people at our table taste. Inedible! Management unhelpful when we complained. Service in restaurants poor! Also, cocktails pricey but not particularly good. Watery and boring.

很棒的酒店，但仍與期待有些落差。

酒店位置、交通都非常方便，但因入住時住客很多，所以職員都顯得非常忙碌。例如在餐廳享用早餐時，會覺得服務生收拾杯盤的聲音過大，腳步也非常迅速，在此狀況下期時會有些令人緊張，雖然他們還是盡力保持笑容與溫暖的態度。另外入住期間有些孩童會直接伸手拿取料理台上的食物，甚至又放了回去，我希望服務人員能出聲禮貌地制止，並告知其該有的禮儀，不然這對其他顧客來說並不公平，也不衛生。
房間色調明亮也夠寬敞，提供的沐浴用品我非常喜歡，雖然水量有點小，但飯店標榜環保，所以我可以配合。唯一美中不足是房間的清理不夠仔細，作為一個五星級的酒店，我認為房間的的乾淨程度沒有達到應有的標準，例如浴室水龍頭的水垢，毛巾有黑漬，沙發後的地毯是髒的，吸水地墊上還有毛髮等。
當時居住在十樓，在走廊時很明顯的可以聽見機器運轉的聲音，房間內冰箱的聲音也很大，睡到半夜會突然出現「喀達」一聲，我猜想是別間房間門關上的聲音，這些多多少少都會影響到睡眠。

Excellent hotel

The hotel is situated in Bugis area in the heart of Singapore. It is at walking distance from most attractions such as historic sites, local cafes and restaurants, shopping outlets and other interesting places of interest. I arrived very early, about 8 a.m. so the receptionist invited me to go to the club lounge and have breakfast while I was waiting for the room.I enjoyed the style of the hotel, the cleanliness, and the friendly staff. The bed was excellent!
My departure flight was in the evening and once again I was invited to enjoy the club lounge while I was waiting for my flight.
The Club lounge and concierge desk were amazing and I was particularly impressed by Josiah.
I recommend this hotel to anybody who's planning a trip to Singapore.
