No, I do not recommend this property.
i used my loyalty points to stay in this hotel so that i wont be late for the cruise on the next day. And only to find out it is a nightmare. you do not want to stay here on any weekends at the rooms facing Alafaya Trail, it's impossible to go to sleep simply because of the loud noises outside. the hotel mgmt staff （if there really are any）, are very unfriendly and impatient, they are not trying to help you out when you genuinely need them.

Warm welcome from the front desk, everyone providing services at this location is polite. We stayed in a two bedroom suits. Very specious and clean. Will come back next visiting DC. Only 15-20 mins drive away. Awesome location and quiet environment.

A used bowl was left in the microwave. Front desk charges water for IHG diamond members amenity at check in. The elevator stinks.

Very helpful front desk but very bad service for Breakfast
My wife and I stayed two days here. The staff at the breakfast room was extremely unfriendly. At 6:30 AM on 12/26, I was simply asking if the restaurant serves milk, the staff member at the restaurant seems to be very unhappy with the question and impatiently told me that I had to wait and just left.

Good value for the price
Stayed for two nights using reward points. Overall experience is positive. My wife and I brought our dog and paid the pet fee on site. The room is still not clean enough. Our dog found a couple of cheese balls under the bed.
