Good location, easy access to subway and can go uptown/downtown easily. Small room, but that's expected and reasonable size for NYC.

Great location, it is very close to the zoo and the park. Room is clean and newly renovated. However, the breakfast is grab and go, which significantly worse than the normal HIE breakfast experience. Hopefully, they will fix that in the future.

We stayed at this HIE when we visit grand canyon national park. The hole is located closely to Walmart and restaurants. Very easy access to highway and gas station.
The room is clean and quiet. We enjoyed the stay and would come back again.

The hotel is pretty close to oak Brook mall center. We visit there during July 4th, it was nice. The hotel was clean and good. The only downside is that I think the toilet flushing is pretty slow.

Our historic hotel was originally built in 1890. Some of the original architecture remains, including the exterior and layouts of some of our smaller room types.

Each room is equipped with a microwave, mini-refrigerator, Keurig, and flat screen TV. Note that valet parking is $40/day and there is no self parking available.

The overall experience is slightly below my expectations. The room was humid and the air conditioning is not working properly. It gives some cool air, but it never actually cool down the room.
The breakfast and location is good and front desk is helpful. Price is reasonable.
