Located in the bustling King of Prussia area, the hotel is close to major highways, the Pennsylvania Turnpike, and only a short drive from Philadelphia.
This prime location provides easy access to popular attractions like the iconic King of Prussia Mall, Valley Forge National Historical Park, and top corporate hubs, including major healthcare, technology, and pharmaceutical firms.
The hotel boasts 148 well appointed rooms, including spacious suites, rooms with two queen beds, executive king rooms, and some with private balconies. Each room is designed with guest comfort in mind, featuring plush bedding, blackout shades, a workspace, and high speed internet access.
Guests can start their day with our complimentary Express Start Breakfast Buffet, offering a delicious mix of hot and cold options, including our signature pancakes.For those visiting on business, the hotel provides a 1,160 square foot meeting space equipped with four 65 inch TVs, perfect for presentations and small gatherings.
Guests can stay active at the state of the art fitness center and take advantage of ample free parking, which accommodates buses and trucks.
While we do not have a pool or laundry facilities, our friendly and attentive staff are always available.

Long Island gets expensive but this Holiday Inn is as good as the price you pay. Quite a delta on pricing on any given day but staff is great and friendly and hotel is clean and upgraded. Regular Room layout is awkward and small but if that price is right...

No, I do not recommend this property.
First note : VALET PARKING IS $16 AND IS MANDATORY. didn’t catch that when I checked out this place. Adding in parking made it more expensive than other hotels close by. Need to park in a less than secure parking garage. Front desk tried to help but couldn’t override parking. Second note ASK FOR A ROOM WITH A DESK it will be very small hard to do work on but better than the rooms with no desk. Third note: don’t get a room near elevator. Hardwood floors made it noisy and cold. I guess if you want to pull out a mat and do some sit-ups this is the place for you

Nice Rooms
I try to stay here when the price is right. Variance in price makes it difficult to recommend. Not worth the higher price of some nights but it is a close location to some of my local business travels, but sometimes the rates are comparable to New York City for being that far out on Long Island
