Yes, I recommend this property.
The front desk staff is wonderful. The excitement at check in was out of this world. I enjoyed my checkin. The hotel itself need an uupgrade. I did see some improvements in the lobby.
Reason for Visit:Valentine's Day Ball near by.

No, I do not recommend this property.
I requested 1st floor accommodations, He gave me something on the 3rd floor, when I informed him I requested I first floor he told me how many people were checking in today, that my request was not honored. I ask him to try and find a room on the 1st floor, he did, however the hot water was not working, and the remote control stop working when I tried to change the channels. But I did not go back to the front desk, because the spirit was not right, and I did not want to put a damper on my special day. Eventually the remote control worked the next morning after it fell on the floor.

Yes, I recommend this property.
I come to the Holiday Inn every year in February to celebrate my Birthday with family and friends. We all attend the Sweetheart Ball at Martin Crosswinds. I like to stay here because it is close to everything you need. The staff is pretty nice, I enjoyed the breakfast at Wiley's, only problem was I asked for a lemon slice, and the guy went in the lemon bend and picked up the lemon with his hands and handed it to me, I just stared at it thinking what do he want me to do with this, surely, not put this in my tea, after you just handled money, picked up dirty dishes, not once did i ever see you wash your hands and you was ok with giving me my slice of lemons in your hands, now that made me think, what do they do in private.The rest of the customers saw this, because we were all sitting at the bar, and we were all in disbelief.
