Holiday Inn Hefei is located in an international brand hotel in the central business district of Hefei City. The geographical location is excellent. It is located at the intersection of Hefei Metro Lines 1 and 2 (directly connected to Exit D of Dadongmen Station). It is located at the entrance of Hefei City Pedestrian Street, and is surrounded by famous commercial circles such as Yintai Center, Baohe Wanda Plaza, Bashang Wuyue Plaza. The hotel has 296 spacious and comfortable rooms. We advocate "Chinese Wine Hospitality" and surprise service for guests. The hotel has non-smoking floors and disabled rooms. Every detail design conveys thoughtful attention to guests. Pure feather mattresses and spacious and comfortable rooms make every perfect night unforgettable.

No, I do not recommend this property.
早餐定制点的食物，完全忽视客人的先来后到。我定制预约的欧姆蛋在等待了5分钟之后，制作出来的直接盛给了别的客人，完全没有考虑到底是谁点的，也不对那位上来抢取食物的客人做任何提醒。我是男的，那个抢走我食物是个女的，欧姆蛋早上本来也没几个人点，那个女的完全就是看见已经做好了，不用等，所以就直接拿了，制作欧姆蛋的服务人员完全没有规则意识，也不对对方做任何提醒直接决定着吧，欧姆蛋给那个女的，不到1分钟，我眼看着盛给了别人，我再过来所要的时候，他说让我再等一等，他给我做另一份。关键是在我提出质疑之后一旁做面点的服务员竟然当面指出我的小气说我男的，不应该跟女的争抢这个，我的质疑在于难道这样的酒店里的服务员就不应该有起码的先来后到的逻辑和公平意识吗？

Is it a real Crowne Plaza?
No, I do not recommend this property.
Cannot believe it is a real Crowne Plaza Hotel as the facilities in the room and bath room were incredibly poor, some of those are broken and almost falling down.
There were always some supplements missed everyday after housekeeping, tea bag, towel, shampoo, or used mugs left uncleaned there.
The quilt is just probably 180cm long, which even could not cover my body and feet at same time.

Yes, I recommend this property.
We were offered an unpdated 2b2b room with a queen-size beds in each bedroom. The kitchen area is nice with full facilities that we need for the whole family.
